The candles were posted with DHL on 17…

The candles were posted with DHL on 17 December. Since then, the parcel has been stuck in Germany. DHL tells me that I need to contact the deluxehomeart website so that they can make a complaint to them, but I can't fill in the contact form on their website. The website is also very poorly translated. I really feel like this website is a scam! I strongly advise against using this website.

Det virker som et fupnummer / Feels like a scam

Goddag, Sidste tirsdag den 28. november bestilte (og betalte!) jeg stearinlys for mere end 130 euro hos dig. Ordrebekræftelsen indeholder ikke en oversigt over, hvad jeg har bestilt, ej heller et ordre- eller fakturanummer. Der står, at så snart ordren er afsendt, vil jeg modtage en mail med track & trace-koden. På din hjemmeside står der, at leveringstiden normalt er 1-2 hverdage, men det er allerede gået, og jeg har ikke modtaget en forsendelsesbekræftelse, endsige ordren. Jeg modtager ikke svar på mails, kontaktformular eller sociale medier. Jeg modtog et svar via Deluxe Homearts hollandske sociale medie; de er kun B2B-sælgere og modtager en masse klager over webshoppen deluxehomeartshop.nl (som viser sig at være to forskellige ting). På grund af de mange klager og efter min klage ændrede de også navnet på deres socials til Neobrandsandsales. Jeg finder denne adfærd meget foruroligende og uprofessionel, og jeg vil gerne have, at du kontakter mig for at informere mig om status for min ordre, så jeg ikke er tvunget til at tage retslige skridt for at få mine penge tilbage.

Good day, Last Tuesday, November 28, I ordered (and paid!) more than 130 euros worth of candles from you. The order confirmation does not contain an overview of what I have ordered, nor an order or invoice number. It says that as soon as the order is shipped, I will receive an email with the track & trace code. Your website states that delivery time is usually 1-2 business days, but that has already passed, and I have not received a shipping confirmation, let alone the order. I am not receiving a response to emails, contact form or social media. I did receive an answer via Deluxe Homeart's Dutch social media; they are only B2B sellers and receive a lot of complaints about the webshop deluxehomeartshop.nl (which turns out to be two different things). Due to the many complaints and after my complaint, they also changed the name of their socials to Neobrandsandsales. I find this behavior very disturbing and unprofessional, and I would like you to contact me to inform me of the status of my order so that I am not forced to take legal action to get my money back .
