This company is the absolute worst company on earth. They 1st charge my card 2 times for the same order. Thank goodness I got a hold of the bank to cancel 1 of the charges. Then 2 days later they sent an an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order due to covid. Then they never refunded my money and crappy clothes started coming. They weren't even what I ordered. I emailed the company and they wanted send more clothes but i was going to have to return them. I had 90 days to do this. Then a month later they charged my card again. This time I didnt catch it in time. Still crappy clothes kept coming that I didnt order. So I email the company and told them that I needed to send the clothes back because they weren't what I ordered. They told that they couldn't refund until I sent the clothes back. So by this time I'm in debt close to $600. The post office tells me it is going to cost $80 to send this crap back that I didnt even order.
So I agreed and with insurance sent the clothing back to CHINA!!! They received everything and to this date they have not refunded me anything of what they owe me. Yes numerous of emails back and forth. Do not buy anything from this company its a scam.

Their tracking is bull..
the quality is ok but not as described. They claim to have a guarantee on their website but its bull. No one will respond to my emails and they ripped me off . I ordered 2 dresses and only received one. So I guess I'm just out the money. Wouldnt recommend to my dog.

Clothing poor quality, not as advertised. (Material and buttons) not the same as pictured.
Dress was substituted.
Not to size.
Unable to contact company, no return labels.
Positive note, arrived quickly and necklace was as anticipated.
Bottom line. I would not recommend this site.
Out $135.
