I got this scooter for myself and when it arrived the battery was not working, i tried doing everything to fix it and it was never charging. I have a full video (Unboxing-to-testing) of this as i wanted to do a review for my yt channel. I contacted kukrin support on email and i still didnt get any response for 1 month since the email ( I sent another email as a customer intrested in buying their product and they responded in 4 hours :)) ). I just did a report at the EU Consumer Centre and also at the National Authority for Consumer Protection and after this i will probably sue them too.

I encourage everybody who got scammed by kukrin to file a online complain on the EU Consumer Centre website with proof as its free and you will get ur money back and the company will have to pay a fine for this.

i am very impresed ! got mine to run 71kmh with the right tire preasure and suspension .. i will give this company 6 stars!! best e-scooter i have ever had, i have the g4.

I've sent a message to the support email and trying to get a new part of my e-bike but I didn't get any answer back and I have my e-bike broken. Every time I struggle to contact the support. Very bad experience.

The package received was very solid, the scooter is a quality one starting from handles to the wheels. I recomand it!

22.01.2025 I recived broken G2 master scooter and I send them proof and they saw it and they accepted that scooter arived fauilty to me, but they dont want to give me refund, they ignored my refund form and said that maybe its better if I chose another scooter, and they dont even want to tell me return adress for broken G2 master that I have. it came in 5 days, great tracking app and customer service.The only downside was the package all ruined because of the customs but it is a legit site.At first i got worried while reading the other rewiews but trust me that it IS LEGIT

I bought the KuKirin g2 master, and they forgot to send the multi tool, I simply just had to text them, and send them a video on whatsapp. And they sent me a new one on the spot!

I ordered two parts for my scooter which never arrived. It’s been 6 weeks and I have contacted customer support, they were of no help. I asked for a refund since no products were delivered and they continued to ignore my messages. The scooter I received had many problems (the inner tube would constantly burst, the scooter would not turn on at times and the brakes kept getting damaged). Customer support is terrible, haven’t been able to get any of the issues properly fixed. Poor products, poor customer support, overall poor company.

This company is a joke, and a scam I ordered a scooter which came broken, I sent about ep emails and videos all they do is reply with the same copy paste email ignoring all my requests and offering parts that they don’t end up sending, my scooter came damaged as if it had been dropped or crashed, it dose not hit the said top speed at all and has no battery life, and to add to all that it makes horrible noises each time I drive it, every time I get an email saying, please confirm your address when I have said 100 times yes this is my address but I want a refund, and they just reply with the exact same email and copy and paste them

Do not order from this company!! I ordered a particular scooter that was showing in stock online and got confirmation. Eight days later I had heard nothing so emailed to ask if it was shipped. They eventually replied and said they no longer had that model and could they give a different model. I immediately requested a refund and they just kept ignoring me asking would I take a different one. I have asked multiple times for a refund and they are now ignoring me. I am down a lot of money before Christmas. I'm not letting this go. The customer service is dreadful and they will not return my money.
