Avoid buying with this company

Avoid buying with this company! Acquired a Kukirin G2 PRO in 2 weeks the tire was damaged, the battery charger stop to work.I have replaced 3 times the tire, post sales service does not work, no refund was accepted. I found the scooter with really bad quality, avoid to buy it.

Its real and I thought it was a scam

Its real and I thought it was a scam, but its not. I can confirm its trusted and it has fast shipping, they keep you updated, my kukirin g4 drives good and it hold the speed, I am a happy customer, ITS NOT A SCAM!

WORST QUALITY IT ARRIVED TODAY AFTER A DELAY AND I WAS SO HAPPY FOR IT CAUSE IT CAME BUT IT CAME SCRATCHED WITH ONLY 1 BOX AND AFTER 5 KM WITH IT ON FLAT TERRAIN IT STARTED SQUICKING AND IT BECAME WORSE I TRUED TO REINFORCE THE SCREWS SO MAYBE IT WONT SQUEAL 1/10 I GOT A KUKIRIN G4 Order #41587

G2 Finally delivered, Didnt send me a bag like they said they would

I have "Pre-ordered" a G2 from this company on the 19th of june, on their website they said they will restock on the 25th of june right. So i didnt mind waiting until they restocked. But then their restock got delayed and they said they would restock on the 27th so i didnt mind that either as i was expecting it to come like 2 - 3 days after they had restocked but i didnt get the tracking number (FedEx) until the 30th of june. At this point i was expecting it to come 1st or 2nd of july but no, nothing. I placed the order on behalf of "SHOP" and they said the estimated delivery was 1st of july. But no, still nothing. The tracking details said the same thing since i got it and it still says the same thing; its in Liverpool and its been there for about a week now. I contacted FedEx thinking it was a problem on their side but they told me they have not received it from the sender (Kukirin-Escooter.com). A day before i contacted FedEx i got an email from this company asking me about "How is your new g2, Let us know what you think. Hi Rayan, We hope you are enjoying your KuKirin 2026 G2 Electric Scooter | Motor 800W | Max Speed 28 mph from KuKirin E-scooter UK. If you have had a chance to use it, we would love to hear what you think. Your feedback helps other shoppers and helps us to improve. It only takes a minute.", no way they have the audacity to ask me about how my scooter is when its not even been delivered so i reply to their email and told them its not been delivered and they told me "Your order will have a tracking update this week, and it is expected to arrive as early as this week please wait patiently" and they said since FedEx is being overwhelmed by the amount of Pre ordered G2s and G4s and they will send me a scooter bag for compensation. Its now wednesday and nothing has changed, the tracking is the same as day 1. If FedEx is waiting for the parcel and they havent scanned it yet still that means these guys havent even sent them the package and now im worried ive just lost £400+.

UPDATE:
I finally did get the scooter 3 weeks but i didnt get the scooter bag like they said i will for compensation. So i am still dissatisfied due to them lying. My order number is #UK122762

I placed an order with you on June…

I placed an order with you on June 30th, and as of today, July 8th, it has still not moved past a depot in Poland. It was shipped on July 2nd and updated on July 6th, but it is still in the exact same location."

Good thing is i know how i can get my money back anyway.... but I hope I will get my G2

SCAM?? HAs anyone received a G2 in the past 2 weeks?

Ordered on the 18th June - received Fedex tracking on the 30th June - still being told that Fedex have but havent yet scanned the item - advised I would receive last week, then yesterday and now possibly Friday - Fedex are now currently checking their baggage department - this was supposed to be for my sons birthday on 2nd July!!! Has anyone actually received their order??

Giving 4 star at the minute until my very excited lad try’s the G2 master out. The scooter was delivered in a matter of 5 business days, I had my doubts due to a lot of fake websites but this was a genuine purchase but people please be careful who you order from

Did not receive my order

Did not receive my order. Stated it has been dispatched however Fed Ex state they have not recieved my order. This has been the issue for over a week now. Assuming I’ve been Scammed. AVOID this site

SCAMMERS! AVOID!

Scam! I placed an order for a G2 scooter on 26/06 hoping it would be here in time for my son's birthday. The tracking shows FedEx should've received the parcel on 02/07 however it is now 04/07 and the tracking has still not updated. I've tried to get in touch via chat and email but getting no response! AVOID!

Non delivery

I ordered my Kukirin G2 over a week ago. Took days to say that it had been shipped. Now tracking says it’s sitting in Liverpool. FedEx say they haven’t received it. No reply to emails and no other way of contacting company for information. Very worried that this is a scam. Cannot afford to lose such a large sum of money which was for a special birthday for my son. My order no is #kuk1199

I cannot provide the URL on here as links are not allowed as you will already know. Your response is also contradictory as you imply that the problem is down to mishandling by FedEx due to high volumes but then state I did not order from your website. So how would you know. Got one very disappointed child on his birthday today so thank you very much 🥲.
