Disgusting non-service company!
One email received confirming our food order.
Phone call received after an hour to say the restaurant could not deliver our food at the specified time, so pushed back delivery by 45 minutes. We had to chase after non-delivery of food. Lies told of emails sent and calls made.
Pathetic service and will NEVER use a takeaway who uses this waste of space company!

AVOID KUKD.COM, NEVER RECEIVED ORDER.
Not surprised seing the bad reviews.
Absolutely awful professionalism, neither of them are in sync. Seems as though they don't know how to run things at all. How do does a bloody company receive money but no one knows where the money has gone?Whenever we ordered in the past they take 15 minutes to send/ process the order with the chosen restaurant. That's aside. You're better off using JUST EAT or HUNGRYHOUSE where orders are sent and received instantly by the restaurant.
We placed an order recently. The money had been taken and went to their company. They 'claimed' they didn't see the money, more like didn't know how to check.
They REFUSED to send my order over to restaurant in which I had ordered due to a 'technical glitch' saying stupid excuses that it was my browser. We had to pay again elsewhere. Called the lame technical department the following morning and she said they had received the money all along.
I don't see anything special about the company, just the money off. that's why they'll NEVER compete with others. Biggest regret using them.
Cheers for the money off Kukd.com but you aren't worth the stress. 👍👍
