Brilliant company and great customer service. First unit was faulty, and I was sent another fully working one within a week.

Purchased a used Wahoo Kicker Core and it’s in better condition than expected, came with original box and all the accessories.

Good communication post purchase on delivery updates.

Very pleased with the wheels. It is clear Kudos do a thorough job to ensure wheels are as the riders would want, and safe for use. Great communication and flexibility. I'm convinced the wheels made my recent RideLondon 100 quicker than it would have been otherwise! Would use again

This is a first rate service, Anthony is extremely helpful and accommodating. I was looking for a trainer that could run on a 12 speed cassette and a lot of suppliers couldn’t provide this. Kudos helped deliver what I needed and then swapped out the trainer quickly when I had issues. Delivery and drop off were smooth and it was easy to get in touch to get support. I would definitely recommend Kudos to anyone seeking to hire a bike trainer in London.

Been thinking about a smart trainer for a while but I don't like riding indoors and didn't want to spend £1000 on one before trying one out. A friend of mine put me onto Kudos rentals.
Quick message to Anthony and I hired a Kickr core for 6 months.
Trainer was delivered via courier with no hassle and I've just sent it back free of charge.
Really good service for a reasonable price and a great way to try before you splash out on a smart trainer.
Great communication with the company via WhatsApp and I've recommended Kudos to another friend like myself wants to try one out properly before he purchases on.

I have used Kudos rentals multiple times now and each time it's been a smooth process. With turbo trainers everything comes included in the box, it's delivered and collected from your door! I've also had great customer service each time I've hired. I'd definitely recommend 👌🏼

Hired a set of Garmin Rally RK200 power meter pedals from Kudos for a recent month long holiday so I could continue to train with power whilst away. Kudos were very accommodating in making sure I had the pedals before I traveled, even though short notice. Pedals were a great bit of kit and this would also be a great way of trying before you buy. Collection was arranged by Kudos when I returned. Great service A++
