Slow withdraw process or it takes for ever

UPDATE REVIEW [14-01-2026] :
The support-resolution team contacted me by email and they addressed the issue. Money sent the same day and received by my bank today. So, As I said, I will update you on any changes that actually occur. The response from Kudotrade support-resolution team was very fast and this is a positive point.
Taking into account that fact, I m changing my rate from 1 star to 3 stars for now.I decided to give this broker another try as, apart from this specific issue, there was no other problem. Lets see what will happen next time. If they have address and improve the withdraw process I will change to 5 stars.

FIRST REVIEW [11-01-2026] :
The main and most serious problem with this broker is the withdraw of money. Probably you will never get your money and I'm really wondering about these (probably fake) positive feedback from some ..."users".
I asked 700 euro at 20 November 2025 (Ticket ID:582915, account : 182449). Since they DO NOT support "credit card" as an option, I choose the "wire transfer" method. Eventually after long chats with the support team they sent me back with delay 500 euro (exactly the amount I had deposit) at my credit card. The rest 200 euro never came to my bank account. I m still waiting my 200 euro from 20 November 2025 till now (11 January 2026).
The chat support is fast and present and they always said the same thing : that they will address the withdraw request.

Kudo trade is great room for improvement

I think kudo trade is great, using thr mt5 platform is easy and secure. The kudo system itself is easy to access securely. If there would be things that I would change, I would have a deposit/ withdrawal functions clear as soon as a returning user has logged in. This psychologically feels safer and more secure that, a further way to encourage people to deposit could give to give them 1 or 2 % interest

The system works quite well but the support is a mess - a really bad implemented AI robot is trying to help you with absolutely no success and when you filanny have answered the same questions 3 times, and are through to a support agent, nobody bother to answer you... stay away.

Been trying to withdraw funds since the…

Been trying to withdraw funds since the 16th. Chat takes ages and gives me vague answers and never solves the problem. TT17659032010524.

They clearly violate their withdrawal policy. I’d be more than glad to remove this review if it means no more violations of withdrawal for other and I get my money back.

Their customer support just literally gives answers like they’re trying to ragebait.

UPDATE - I have only received 1200 dollars out of 4200 Dollars and it sats withdraw is Done. I’m never trusting kudotrade again.

Unable to withdraw funds


I deposited £350 with this platform back in March and was allowed to use the service without providing any identity verification at the time of deposit.

When I recently attempted to withdraw my remaining funds, my request was blocked and I was told I must first provide sensitive identity documents (passport or driving licence and proof of address). By this stage, after researching the company further, I found numerous reports of delayed, partial, or blocked withdrawals — including from users who had already completed verification. This made me uncomfortable sharing personal documents.

I contacted the company directly to resolve the issue, but my case was closed without any alternative solution being offered.

When I then requested to close my account, I was told this could not be done because funds were still present — yet those same funds cannot be withdrawn unless sensitive personal information is submitted. This effectively leaves both the account and funds locked.

Communication throughout was inconsistent, with different names responding, and the company appears to operate offshore.

Based on my experience, I would STRONGLY advise anyone considering this platform to research very carefully and proceed with extreme caution before depositing funds or providing personal documents.

UPDATE (5th January 2026): The company has replied stating they cannot locate my account unless I contact them again directly. I have already contacted them via their support email, and the position remains unchanged — withdrawal remains blocked unless sensitive identity documents are provided.

UPDATE (23rd January 2026):
The company confirmed that a manual refund would be processed and closed my account. Since that confirmation, there has been no further communication and the refund has not been received.

I have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly. The company’s written assurances of a refund remain unfulfilled.

Given that the promised refund has not been returned, this matter is now being treated as unresolved. I am looking into escalating this further through appropriate consumer and financial channels. This review will be updated if and when the funds are received.

FINAL UPDATE (2nd February 2026):

I now consider any realistic prospect of receiving my refund to be effectively futile.

Despite complying with repeated requests and providing full banking details, the company has continued to introduce new demands for additional personal information, despite prior written assurances that no further verification or conditions would be required.

Most recently, the refund was made conditional on providing my full residential address — a requirement that was not disclosed at the time of deposit, was not required to take my money, and directly contradicts earlier written confirmations.

I have refused to provide further personal data. The company has confirmed that without this, the refund will not be processed.

Based on the pattern of delays, shifting requirements, and reversed assurances, I have no confidence that this refund will be completed. I am escalating this matter through appropriate financial and consumer authorities.

This review is left as a warning. Proceed with EXTREME caution.

Excellent experience and reliable support

I had a very positive experience with this platform. I requested a withdrawal and, although processing times were clearly explained in advance, the support team kept me constantly informed throughout the entire process.

I was in contact with customer support several times, and every response was professional, transparent, and reassuring. They took the time to explain each step and followed up proactively until the funds were credited to my account.

Even though the withdrawal amount was relatively small, it was handled with the same level of care and attention, which shows seriousness and respect for clients regardless of the amount involved.

Delays can happen with banking procedures, but what really makes the difference is communication—and in this case, it was excellent. The funds were eventually received, exactly as confirmed by support.

Dishonest Broker – Withdrawal Delayed for Weeks, Clear Violation of Terms – AVOID!

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this so-called broker — it is a dishonest and unreliable platform that appears to be operating as a scam.
I requested a withdrawal of my funds at the beginning of December (over 3 weeks ago as of late December), and my request is still pending with no updates, and no resolution despite multiple follow-ups. This is a blatant violation of their own terms and conditions, which clearly state that withdrawals are processed within up to 5 business days. Instead, I have received nothing but silence, generic automated replies (when they bother to respond at all), and excuses that make no sense.
This situation feels like a deliberate insult to clients who trusted the platform with their hard-earned money. My funds are no longer visible or accessible in my trading account, nor have they been returned to my bank — they have simply disappeared into limbo. This is not how a legitimate broker operates; it is a classic sign of fraud where they hold your money hostage while hoping you'll give up or deposit more.
I have already started the process of reporting this to my country's financial regulators and relevant government authorities to recover my funds and hold them accountable. I urge anyone reading this to do the same if you've been affected — do not let them get away with it.
Do not trust the suspiciously perfect positive reviews on this broker's profile. They are overwhelmingly generic, overly enthusiastic, and posted in large volumes around the same time — a common tactic used by fake review farms to drown out genuine complaints like this one.
If you're considering this broker, avoid it at all costs. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. There are many regulated and reputable brokers out there — choose one that actually respects its clients and processes withdrawals promptly.
