Excuse after excuse
Waited 3 weeks for my order and only ever received lies and excuses regarding the shipping status, warehouse fire inspections, warehouse moves, etc. Kept getting told the order would get shipped out in 1-2 business days before getting another excuse and they needed another 1-2 business days to ship. They even told me my order was already picked up by UPS before coming back to me the next day to say it hasn't been picked up yet and they needed another 1-2 business days. Order was finally cancelled, I was told I was refunded, yet I still haven't received my refund.
Update 11/25/25: I still haven't received my refund, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I also filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and NJ Attorney General.
