Ordering was really straight forward
Ordering was really straight forward. I ordered a beginner telescope for my child. The assembly was quick and very easy to follow the instructions. It was delivered on time. We have had great fun using it. Great experience overall. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend shopping here. I have wanted to get a good telescope for a long time and had done a lot of research and decided on a particular type. Unfortunately KTEC were out of stock so I messaged them to ask when they’d have stock back. I got a reply straight away with a very honest answer and they even offered me to come back to them for advice if I eventually purchased it elsewhere which I thought was very nice of them. A few weeks later they contacted me directly when they got the item back in stock and I picked it up same day. Was delighted go give my business to them. Really impressed by their customer service.

Really great company
Really great company. Had bought the telescope as a surprise for my son, they held it a few days for me and delivered when it suited. Really friendly and amazing product, had a very happy boy here. Won’t go past this place in when buying a telescope again!
