Good value, high quality house signs
Such great quality signs which stand out well from a distance. Very clear lettering and easy to assemble. Come very well packaged, quick delivery and easy to assemble. We have already ordered 6 of these and now placing an order for 4 more ..... can not recommend this product highly enough. Also everyone comments on them as well and can't believe the price when I tell them.

A worthwhile purchase.
I had reason to phone the company to make an enquiry and was given every assistance to get things sorted. My house number plate arrived very quickly ( White over Gold). It was exactly as described, and once in place a neighbour commented that it "looked good" and that it "lifted the neighbourhood". I think that says it all.

Really nicely made signed with only two points to comment on:
1) Use a slightly thicker facia paper - once lazer cut it tears easy and makes it hard to remove
2) Use better quality fixing screws - heads just get chewed up

Excellent service and excellent products
I ordered an item from this company yesterday 26th September and was given an estimated delivery date of 3rd October and it came early today 27th September which was a bonus.The item is well made and of excellent quality well worth the money and looking way more expensive than it cost tbh I think this company is short changing themselves and should be charging more.If you are looking for a customised number blare please but from this company you definitely won’t be disappointed.

Due to so many other companies selling the same products (a lot smaller quantities) and photoshopping their images to appear like they use the same materials means we are swamped in a field where the price ultimately creates a sale. Had a slight problem with my sign but…
Had a slight problem with my sign but they responded immediately and I now have a new pristine replacement sign. Service like this is not common so I can really recommend them for a house sign.

The quality of the sign is amazing and the delivery time was very quick, I had a small issue with some parts and the issue was resolved with one conversation and the parts were sorted within a week, would definitely recommend to other people and would definitely use them again for any other signs if they were needed in the future..

Website and "chat" is appalling
Website and "chat" is appalling. I wanted to know what fonts are available, what type sizes can be used, why there is no template for a house name.....go to "chat" and get a bit that says you have to wait 20 minutes to get the first answer. All the positive reviews on Trustpilot now seem suspicious.

Hello David, you can CLEARLY see on the website on the left where it says "Text Style" that there is a list of 32 text style choices. Clicking the selected text style then brings up ALL associated signs we have using that text style. It literally could not be any easier.
We also state on the website that there are no previews available (Template as you say) due to there being so many operating systems (smart phones, tablets etc) that it would be impossible to show customers what it would look like. Just like 99% of personalisation sites! Previews are buggy and not a true representation of what a sign will look like so we do not use them.
The online chat took your email address incase your wait was longer than expected, a standard protocol. Looking back at the chat now I can see our CS representative replied to you at 5.03pm when your original chat request started at 4.48pm
As for your comment about our trust pilot reviews being suspicious I shall forward this directly to trust pilot themselves for them to review!
You probably haven't seen our 500,000+ positive reviews on Amazon.... I'm sure you will suspect they are all false too!
