I paid extra for urgent visa processing, which according to their own terms was supposed to take 12–24 hours, while normal processing was 2–4 working days. Instead, I only received a response after about 13–14 working days. That is not an urgent service, and it goes far beyond a reasonable delay. Communication was poor, updates were almost non-existent, and I had to escalate just to get basic information. Very disappointing and misleading experience. I would not recommend this provider.

I’ll say this is a moderate based site, and it has a great structure

I recently experienced a scam. I was asked to go to the foreign exchange counter at Jeddah airport and provide my booking registration number. It turned out to be fake and unregistered.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience using KSAVISA.com for a transit visa application. I applied on 11 March and even paid an additional USD 308 for “urgent processing,” which they claim takes only 24–72 hours. Despite this, as of today (23 March), I have received nothing at all — not even a proper application reference number.
I contacted them several times, and each reply was the same generic, copy‑paste message with no real update, no timeline, and no support. Their communication feels automated and unhelpful, and they show zero accountability for delays.
At this point, the service appears highly unprofessional, unreliable, and potentially not authentic. They collected extra money for urgent processing but failed to provide any progress, any meaningful response, or the visa itself. This experience has cost me time, money, and disrupted travel plans.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this website. It does not operate with the transparency, reliability, or professionalism expected from a legitimate visa service provider.

THEY ARE COMPLETELY ONLINE BOGUS HUSTLERS, pretending to be a gov. Website by putting saudi logos on their website such as " SAUDI VISION 2030 / MINISTRY OF TOURISM/ SAUDI GOV. ETC" NO VISA/ NO REPLIES/ ONLY ONLINE CHAT TO NUDGE YOU TO APPLY FOR A VUSA AND TAKE YOUR MONEY !!!

Very bad experience. I need to quickly leave Bahrain due to bombardments. I was looking for official, state owned, visa services. Ksavisa.com was second on google search and ensured it is official page. I was misled and spent 800 usd (4 times official price of visa).
I was waiting and got no visa for many hours so I used VisitSaudi and got them immediately so I sent an e-mail to cancel my order with Ksavisa. They did not respond and sent me THE SAME visa (number etc) I already got and refused refund. Basically zero service on their side. Additionally they scammed me during Ramadan and when I was literally bombarded. Super bad experience.

BEWARE SCAMMERS!!

Total scam website. Paid for 48 hour fast track and added medical insurance. Total bill was $546.

Came back later saying it was rejected and non refundable. No reason given. Took longer than 48 hours.

I got a visa on arrival at the border today for $100 without any issues.

Proper Scam website, I just lost 430.00 usd.
War, scammers, corruptions, disaster and etc, what else ?? Explain to us what else?

Scams . They made me pay 346 USD for a visa , my susterinlaw paid 450 for the fast issuance. They do not give a reference number. This website pops up the first when u search. I reapplied through the official website visa.visitsaudi and got it in 5 minutes with insurance for about 107.17 USD (402.21 SAR). I need my money back yoh scams. Be Ware. I reported this website and encourage all others to do the same.

This is a fake website. They scam people in the name of saudi visa. After you fill the form and proceed to pay, the page will redirect you to pay again. You won't be getting any application number. You'll get an email saying, "We're having trouble processing your application, would you mind completing it." There will be a link that will lead you to payment page again. I'm not sure why this website is still up. And all those 5 star review seem fishy. They're pretty much paid reviews.
