Krystal are indeed most excellent.

Since moving everything to Krystal I've been very happy. They are reliable and just get any queries or problems sorted. No hanging around. Excellent hosting service, and excellent support.

Customer Service is Fantastic

I was recommended to use Krystal Hosting and it has been a game-changing decision.
I was navigating a site and email migration which became necessary due to product development. The price for hosting is very competitive compared to Wordpress.com (for example) and the value for emails is streets ahead of Titan (for example).
Next, the customer service and support. If you are used to waiting 72 hours for a generic and automated response, I have good news for you.
From the moment I signed up, and as necessary along the way, the whole team including Olseia, Ben, Kevin, Emma, Jordan, Sean, Aaron, and Kris D were polite, professional, responsive, helpful and capable.
To run a business which is cost-effective to customers and has such high standards of service is not easy at all and the whole team should be really proud of that.
The hosting suite itself is flexible, scalable and easy to navigate. 10/10.
I will certainly be recommending Krystal Hosting

We've been using Krystal to host our webiste for the last couple of years. They are a breath of fresh air and are superb at answering questions, fixing issues and responding really quickly and not charging you for it (unlike our previous hosting providers!). Krystal, you're amazing, and better yet, your ESG values align with ours.

Ben Coleman at Krystal Hosting - hero in disguise!

I genuinely struggled to put into words how incredible the support from Ben Coleman at Krystal was, who truly went above and beyond to help me.

From the very first reply to my ticket, Ben was incredibly patient and reassuring with me, even though I was clearly overwhelmed, out of my depth and asking a LOT of questions. What started as a ‘simple’ migration quickly became a complex situation involving DNS changes, domain providers, SSL, WordPress installs, and a premium plugin licensing issue - all of which Ben handled with absolute speed, clarity and professionalism.

I had spent hours (honestly days) stressing over migration and getting myself stuck in loops with my previous host. Ben not only migrated the site flawlessly and quickly, but also took the time to explain why things worked the way they did, what I didn’t need to worry about anymore, and what the next steps were in a way that never once felt like he was just trying to hurry me up to try and close my ticket.

Within a couple of hours, ben:
-Completed the full migration for me
- Updated DNS records and SSL
- Walked me through testing the site properly
- Helped untangle WordPress login confusion
- Investigated a tricky third-party plugin licence issue well beyond what I’d expect from hosting support and actioned this for me!
- Reassured me constantly and removed so much stress from the process

I work full-time in a job that has absolutely nothing to do with web development and was creating a website for a relative as a favour, and Ben honestly saved me so much time, stress and anxiety - days before Christmas too! This experience alone has completely validated my decision to move to Krystal, and if Ben is a reflection of the wider support team, then they are truly exceptional!!!!!

Ben is a real credit to Krystal Hosting - I came away from the situation telling all my family over Xmas what and absolute hero he is! Genuinely 10 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Krystal hosting is a breath f fresh air. And it’s British so servers are here in uk which is great for uk businesses. Tech support is good. I’ve had no issues over the 2+ years I’ve been with them. Beats all those American hosts everyone likes to use! Highly recommended!!

Spectacular support response

I am a private customer and moved my domains to Krystal when I retired a couple of years back. Although I am reasonably tech-savvy, I am severely visually impaired and occasionally have problems. Krystal have without fail been helpful, polite and competent in all my dealings with them, from setting up a new domain and transferring an old one from a German provider through to occasional support with mail setup and so on.
Their response times for support tickets are spectacular. I have nothing but praise for them.

Excellent service

I've been with Krystal for about 7 years, and they have always offered excellent service - real people who respond quickly and helpfully, and that seem to find a way to make things 'just work', rather than being blocked by (or hiding behind) process of policy. Impossible to fault the service they have given me over the years, whenever I've asked a question or for help.

Suspended on Xmas day for non payment but yet no invoices raised.

Account suspended on CHRISTMAS DAY for non payment yet no invoice had been raised so no possible way to resolve other than contacting their support team who funnily enough are likely running on a minimal team. Thats one way to lose a long term customer. 1st thing in the new year is looking for a more reliable host.

I have received a great service from Ben Coleman who helped migrate my website from my old provider.

I am not confident/competent in doing this type of stuff, Ben took care of it all and did it in no time. I was more than impressed and happy to recommend the the firm to others
