WARNING - AVOID AND REPORT
These guys are facilitating illegal activity. They provide a route for illegal, unlicensed casinos to allow UK customers to deposit and avoid Gambling blocks on cards by using different MCC codes and through open banking.
Even when flagged to them they don't address the matter. I have been going back and forth for days. They are also linked to Straal and to Banking Circle, who are both in on it too.

My experience with Kryptonim has been extremely concerning. I lost money through their platform, and instead of taking responsibility or offering proper support, they pushed the blame back onto me.What worries me even more is the type of merchants they appear to be connected with.
The transaction that caused the issue involved an overseas gambling operator that did not seem legitimate, and the whole setup felt questionable from the start.
The lack of transparency around who they work with and how these transactions are processed raises serious doubts about the reliability and integrity of their operation.
I’m left with the impression that Kryptonim is linked to high‑risk or untrustworthy gambling sites abroad, and my experience has completely destroyed any confidence I had in their service. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before sending them any money.

Duffspin is one of their on line casino's. First deposit was fine, second deposit left my Revolut account but failed at the casinos end, now my money seems to have vanished into thin air. Customer service is a chat, all they said at first was the screenshots of proof of deposit were not readable, I could clearly see them all, email receipt, Revolut transaction, failed deposit on the casino transaction, all the information was as clear as day.
Customer service chat all just say the finance department is looking into it, WAIT.
TOLD OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO WAIT.
Please avoid, read all reviews, wish I had first.
Not expecting to hear back from them, feel gutted that this company is just a massive scam 😟

So I down loaded Amazon slots and put £50 on to play games, on my bank my money was sent here. I played some games and left. Illegal payment processor for unlicensed casinos
Krptonim act as an illegal shell company/payment provider for a number of unlicensed gambling websites. I have never purchased crpyto, yet Kroptonim has transactions of £150, £100, £75and £75 in my name (confirmed by them in email) and on bank statement. When I prove the connection to unlicensed and ILLEGAL gambling websites, they claim that my card details may have been used by someone else without authorisation. An obvious absurdity given these payments are across 2 separate cards.
Stop partnering with unethical, unlicensed and illegal casino sites. Stop stealing funds from people that never willingly purchased crypto. And don't tell me to contact your support email - the poor response there is why I've made this review.

I honestly don't know, my payment fell under trust,and for that reason my account was suspended after 2 SUCCESSFULLY payments to GlowCore... I feel like I got scammed for all the wrong reasons.....I pass verification and now,they asking for a $300 ownership payment,like I stole my own card,if GlowCore receive 2 initiate payments from me,wht more could there be sure I'm unhappy with the outcome, my account is now suspended after they received 2 payments from me,say it fell under a trust rule,I'm totally confused as to what GlowCore mean!!!
