The click of a mechanical keyboard is so loud in this quiet room and it makes me nervous to even type this. I don't want to be mean to Krypto Finanzen but I lost a lot and I'm really struggling to understand why they wont let me take my money out. it feels like it is just gone and i have been crying for three days because that was my rent money. sorry i am just so overwhelmed. I really hate complaining and i dont want to cause any trouble for the people at the website but they just stopped answering my emails. i was so desperate that i tried reaching out to Rosstex-LP. i was actually really surprised by it but Rosstex-LP managed to get my access back when i thought everything was finished. I didn't think anyone could actually help me and i feel bad for being so suspicious at first. I just want everyone to be okay and get their savings back without any fighting.
