Very smooth process from beginning to…
Very smooth process from beginning to end. Only thing is, pick up is not communicated well, the email from Kruu states someone "must" be there to sign for pick up. I ended up waiting all day and UPS stated no signature needed. As far as product and quality, excellent!

That said, we’re sorry for the confusion around pickup instructions. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait around all day expecting a signature requirement, only to find out it wasn’t actually needed. That’s time you could’ve spent doing literally anything more fun than being on UPS watch.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The photo booth arrived on time, was easy to assemble, and included clear instructions and all necessary equipment. Customer service was exceptional, and the return process was seamless. The booth was a hit at our event, and I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

High School Prom!
We rented this out for a high school’s very first prom. Everyone loved it! The photos printed nicely and looked amazing. Everyone enjoyed the unlimited printing so they were able to get pictures for their parents as well as for themselves. It was an amazing value and we will definitely be renting it again.

Kruu made everything so easy
Kruu made everything so easy! The equipment arrived to my home 2 days before my daughter's grad party. It was easy to set up following the video. The party guests loved it! It was such a hit! I will definitely use this company again and will highly recommend to everyone I know!

I’m very sad with the way things turned…
I’m very sad with the way things turned out.
Printer stopped working within the first hour of the wedding. The guests were soooo excited to come use it. I finally figured out some buttons to bypass the error message but guest after guest the message would pop up discouraging them from taking pictures. At some point I found myself (the bride) basically being a photobooth attendant so my guests could take pictures. I should get partial refund for this fiasco.
On the other, camera worked well, easy to operate, the FEW pictures we got were quality.

Our printer was delivered broken
Our printer was delivered broken. We were told KRUU would print our pictures and send them to us but I haven't received a response to my email when I contracted customer support.

Perfect for our Quincenera
We ordered the KRUU photo booth for our daughter's Quincenera and it was a huge hit! The kids loved it and it was easy for them to use. There were 40 kids and we didn't run out of photo paper.
The customizable design for the printed photos was a nice touch and I loved having access to all the digital pictures. It was easy to set up and return the camera. I was very happy with KRUU and would definitely use it again.
