Doesn't work on Mac. waste of money

After a shaky initial communication , once this was sorted, I was able to pay for and download the programme .

Very pleased with the result - easy to use

I purchased Kruoptos Pro for an Apple MacBook. I cannot get Kruptos to work on the MacBook. I have emailed support 5 days ago and have not gotten a response.

I have been using Kruptos successfully for many years, all of a sudden it stopped working, I tried to get help from them but had no success with that

I’ve sent four emails to kruptos2.co.uk explaining the link that was sent was for a windows application. I need a download and authorization for a Mac instillation. The level of service is absolutely terrible. If I don’t hear back I’m going to tell my CC company to dispute the charge since I can’t download or activate the product.

I have been using Kruptos for many years and love being able to encrypt sensitive files. Your software works well and is very reasonably priced.

I was using Kruptos to unencrypt file for years before my hard drive crashed in November. With a new drive, I reinstalled Kruptos exe file from an external drive where I store programs.

It asked for a license number, which I could not locate. So I wrote to you and asked for the old number. There was never a response.

The message on the reinstalled version stated I could use the program 20 times as a free trial, after which I could only use it to unencrypt, fine, that's all I need.

However, after the 20 clicks, the program would NOT let me unencrypt the encrypted files, so I was forced to buy the program again.

Very difficult to get help from support staff.

I downloaded the trial version and then purchased the product. After entering the product key, the app opens and closes, and it no longer works. I sent several emails and tried to contact them via chat, but I was unsuccessful. Anyway, I believe I was scammed, because to this day I have not been able to access the APP.

Easy to use, simple to install, have been using since it's beginning

Kruptos reports that it cannot decrypt a file that it encrypted.

Multiple email requests for assistance have been ignored.

STAY AWAY!!!

A PC reset caused me to need a new key. I had already purchased Kruptos some time previously. Three emails were not even given the courtesy of a reply! I had to buy the program again to open my encripted files. Rotten customer service.

Overall intuitive software which works well. The new interface is a tad busy and could be streamlined. Great price for a great product.

Having had used this product for many years in various roles, i considered it the goto product. Sadly no longer. They no longer offer any support.
I purchased it again a year ago and loaded it onto a new computer Windows 10 computer. Every time i want to decrypt a file - it keeps coming up with an error in the file. This error is on Word Doc, Excel & other files. I requested a refund. But nothing.

Downloading was fast and intuitive. Always is.

Actually it looks like an excellent product, but....I reported an issue immediately after purchasing and installing the full product but have received no response. I initially downloaded the trial version and it initially seemed to work but when I purchased the full version it would no longer load on my Mac. Now I see where there is probably an issue - I'm running Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 and as usual I didn't see the fine print that it only works up to 10.9 version of the OS. I guess it's my bad for not reading the fine (smaller case) print, but I now have a useless app unless you update your program. Hopefully you will update your app and I will be able to use it!!!
