Kristals really stands out from other…

Kristals really stands out from other skincare brands. I am so happy that there is a real skincare brand that promotes a holistic approach to living. So far I've used Kristals Ruby and Pearl products. Mask and Eye cream. They work very well and result are marvelous. Kristals products are a must have for anyone who is searching for a holistic lifestyle.

I was shopping in November in Tampa

I was shopping in November in Tampa, FL. I stumbled on a Kristals store in the mall. They gave me an amazing facial and their treatments worked so well. So far I've been using their Ruby mask(for about a month) and I do recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Kristals cosmetics product quality is really outstanding.

Product SCAMMERS

I am another customer that would rate this scam a ZERO if it was available!!!! I was in St Augustine the weekend before Thanksgiving and was approached with the sample and then lured into their store. The product that was demonstrated was incredible...my eyes looked amazing. I debated purchasing but with their hard sell I finally took the bait and bought the eye serum for $200. I immediately regretted only because I am not one that purchases impulsively but as I stated the results were incredible. I totally believe that what was purchased is not the same product that was demonstrated!!! I have used it for a month now, every day, and my results were never the same as what was in the store!!! Please don’t let them hook you in as you will regret it!!!! Very disappointed and planned to return but noticed the receipt states no return and 14 day exchange!!! If you have a product that you promote and it really works why wouldn’t you back with a guarantee?? Why? Because it is a SCAM!!!!!!

I had a great experience at the store…

I had a great experience at the store in TN . I advised the sales person that I had Oily Skin and he showed me the products that will remove the oil from my face and also showing me the Kristal toner the will put the PH level to my face. It's nice to have someone know about different skin issues. I will return again to purchase.

Stay away!!!

We went to The Hard Rock Casino in Tampa Florida. My wife and sister were accosted by two young ladies and escorted into cosmetic chairs . Then the scam began they applied to snake oil and started pitching them! Thank god they did not take the bait or the lie. After we went to eat they both started complaining about how they felt like under their eyes was drying out I looked and they both started morphing into lizards! That stuff started scaling and cracking ! Stay away!!!

If there was an option for 0 I would…

If there was an option for 0 I would have certainly used that! My experience with not necessarily the product itself but with the customer service was atrocious! I was walking through the mall with my family and we had a very short time to shop and a few places to hit (we are from out of town and don’t get up to Barrie often). The sales girl tried to get my attention by handing me a sample. Unfortunately I took it and she aggressively took that as an opportunity to monopolize my time. She insisted that she had a “quick question” to ask me but forcefully led me into her store and started putting product on my face. I told her that my family had left me and I had to go at which she replied, “it’s a small mall, you’ll find them”. She didn’t listen to my “no thank you” replies and tried to persuade me by telling me that I could either buy myself a new pair of shoes or buy her eye cream (by the way, it was almost $400!). I literally had to just get up and almost run out of the store away from her. I have NEVER had such an unbelievably aggressive shopping experience! I spent the next half hour looking for my family and was not able to get what I came for as we had to leave. I couldn’t imagine supporting this company after this.

DO NOT EVEN APPROACH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT EVEN APPROACH THIS COMPANY. I would leave ZERO stars, but I can't. A woman who works in the store approached my mom to "let her show her a product". After my mother let her do it, she & the male working CORNERED MY MOTHER AND TOOK HER PURSE OUT OF HER HAND, STATING THEY NEEDED HER CREDIT CARD. My mother felt so uncomfortable & unsafe that she purchased the products just so she could run out of the store. When she got to me in another store, she was so shaken that we left the mall. If she wouldn't have stopped me, I probably would have made a HUGE scene. Your company SHOULD NOT scare people into buying your product. I am completely disgusted with this company, who also appears to he a bunch of scam artists, according to other reviews.

Horrible, they are scammed.. I had a bad reaction with the Eye Applicator, I went back two times the same day I bought that product and they just keep lying that it was going to go away the salt kept appearing in my face, when I finally talked to the manager told me that there IS NO REFUND! sorry!... It was so bad... I spent $150 for nothing.. Please don't go there!

Only tapped one star because otherwise

Only tapped one star because otherwise, you can't review. Complete swindlers and liars. I bought a $319 tube of face serum and was told I could return it if not completely satisfied. Barbara took my credit card and ran the charge through. When I went home I noticed the serum was turning white and flaky on my face, like glue. Upon returning to the store, I was told NO REFUNDS!!Total lying, deceptive sales practices. How can these people sleep at night. Do NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!

Filing Class Action Lawsuit

I visited Kristals two weeks ago today in Schaumburg, and was lured in with the typical sales tactic seen on many reviews here, and on Google. I bought $264.00 worth of products, however when I left I instantly had buyers remorse. I looked at my receipt, only to see that there were no refunds. I called corporate, and told them it was illegal to operate in that way, and that they should have signage around the store stating "no refunds, only exchanges," if that is their policy.

Upon speaking to corporate, I went back to the store to take pictures of proof that there was no signage. A day later I received an email from them stating that there was indeed signage, and that they'd attached the picture to the email. Sure, the picture had the sign, but that picture was not taken in the store, and had no affiliation with Kristals, per the visuals in the background.

As of yesterday, I visited the store once more on good faith to see if I'd be able to talk to the manager and return these products (two of which aren't even by their brand, which they failed to tell me as well. Bait and Switch), she told me there was nothing they can do in store, but if I bought it online I could surely return it. Interesting story, as the reasoning for denial of my return keeps changing.

I am taking further action by pursuing a class action lawsuit against this company for false advertisement, bait and switch, and emotional damages. If any of you have been affected by this debacle of a company, please contact me on my Instagram (they dont allow email addresses) @soundtheharp, so I can add you as a claimant.

Kristals - St. Augustine

Recently on our annual trip to St. Augustine, I was "approached" by Debi as I walked by. They do hard sell, but I like the eye serum and the moisturizer....I got a "deal" and paid cash, no way in hell would I have given them a credit card. If you buy, BE CAREFUL!!!!

Kristals Cosmetics in St Augustine

Kristals Cosmetics in St Augustine, Florida is running a scam. My granddaughter and I were searching a doggy store when a man on the street all but pulled me into their salon. We actually had no intention of going into salon. The employee, Henry, who spoke heavy accented English proceeded to put FREE eye treatment on me. He just rattled on and on and kept forcing products on me. He then said they would finance products 24 months for about $58. A month for 24 months. That was not true. He charged my credit card with almost $3,000. Worth of junk I certainly cannot afford. Tried talking with them but they hung up phone on me. BUYER BEWARE.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY

The company Resveralife at the Hulen Mall in Fort Worth needs to be shut down . They are dishonest, by this I mean they use one product to demonstrate with and then sell you another. They quote you one price and then charge another (after they have run your card). The sales tactics are of course questionable. They do whatever it takes to make a sale to include the price switching. Walk past there, if they catch you in their lair - be rude, walk out, scream, they are predators (think time share salesmen). Especially stay away from Johny - he's a con artist (I'm sure they all are).

Krystal Eye Serum is a SCAM

Terrible under eye serum and after you purchase it, their is no refund! It drys your skin terribly and it is garbage! Purchased at park meadow mall in lone tree colorado. They have a store there and if Krystal writes a review- it is the manufacturer that reply’s and not the stores that sell this garbage! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Any good cosmetic place would allow a refund on an unopened purchase and not a store credit!
