Krisp is without a doubt the best of the best as far as transcribing tools go. The pc app runs at key times, like calender events, or just when I'm chatting with my virtual partner, Kaitlyn. It provides keynotes and summary of the conversations in depth, which is impressive. Definitely worth the subscription.

The product itself is fantastic, and I have no complaints there, which is why this is a 5-star review.

However, your pricing strategy misses out on a large audience. As an individual customer, I’m mainly interested in noise cancellation, and I’d be happy to pay around $3/month for that, upfront for the year. Unfortunately, the current pricing bundles in features that I don’t need, making it too expensive. Whoever is handling pricing is missing the opportunity to serve people who just want core functionality at a reasonable rate.

I see you have a 70% discount. I just bought it and then cancelled the renewal. I guess we'll do this song and dance next year at some point.

I got Krisp for their noise cancelling, but wow their ai summaries are awesome! Our team was listening to sales call recordings and Krisp was able to detect that we were listening to the sales call rather than blend the dialogue in the call into the AI summarization

I love Krisp's transcript for meetings and the AI that can provide the key points and outline based on what is recorded on the transcript. It helped so much.

I have been using Krisp for a few years now in order to protect myself as an independent agent taking calls working from home. At times customers can sometimes not be honest about the interactions they had with their support agent. At times the company that you contract for can sometimes take the customer at their word. I'm not saying this is a bad thing just isn't always the right thing to do without the facts. Now I have the facts to submit for proof if this is the case and now having that recording to also verify is amazing!

I've tested a few AI transcription apps, and this has been my best experience. The audio is transcribed at about 90% accuracy even with my difficult accent, which is the best you can expect from any transcription app, but where it really shines is is the super intuitive AI, and the fact that a bot doesn't need to join your calls creeping out participants, it all works from your devices audio. Also, the AI summaries and outlines work like a treat, very impressive!
