Item says shipped but it was never received. Customer service will not respond back for a refund, new dress shipment, etc. Actually email on the Contact Us part of the page is invalid. SCAM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!I am so glad that I read the reviews before I bought from this site. There has to be a way where we can report them and let everyone else know about them. I’m glad I did not order from them and thank you for all the reviews. They are a bunch of scammers. What a shame.

Criminals! I saw them on pinterest & ordered a dress for my birthday, they shipped order to a wrong address lol. I messaged bit** ass Amber for my refund & the bit** haven’t sent it to me. They are scammers! I will ensure I am their last victim & get the legal person’s involved!

Never received my dresses & never got refunded. Terrible compnay & customer service. Do not waste your money.

I never received my 3 dresses. I wrote them several times, and they promised to send again.

I took two different orders in sept and never received the package. Mas amber answer twice informing it was delivered but haven’t got any more response since early December.
Is there any possibility we can get our money back?

The product never arrived! After 20 emails and promises of a refund we are still waiting! Does not look like this vendor takes customer feedback seriously or is just unwilling to re-ship or refund. Horrible experience.

I assume I was scammed as well. I placed an order in March and today is December 2, 2022. I contacted them and never heard from them. I’m going to turn their website in to their local authorities and the better business bureau. They’re getting rich from scamming people.

its a fraud company. ordered lotsa stuff..not reached me. they don't reply to my emails. even the courier and the tracking sites are all fake...bunch of cheaters

May be a scam store . Beware! Messaged them about items not delivered and they have refused to respond. i sent to their service email as well as facebook and all seem to be ignored. No contact number. loads of money i have lost to them.

Please refund my money for order 00017103 or am going to start writing a review about how you're scamming people. People will pay you and you won't send their order or money back. I will write world consumer reports about you. Don't think investigation cannot locate you wherever you are in China or wherever. You're a big time scammer!

I placed an order almost 3months ago I still have not received any thing I have been arguing about how my package was delivered to Albuquerque and I don't live there warning this place is a scam Do Not Order From This Place!!!! It's a scam trust me I would not be writing this if it wasn't true stay away from this store.

I gave 1 star because it makes you give a star! I didn’t want to leave any stars! I ordered a dress that was delivered to an address 2.5 hours away from me. I’ve contacted the company many times for a refund since I had to purchase a different dress for the event since this one never arrived! They keep telling me that they have contacted the carrier to confirm and are waiting a response. At this point it is beyond ridiculous. I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company! Order was placed Aug. 29, and was shipped on Sept 5. I never received it

This company is a SCAMMER!!! I ordered clothes August 25,22 and was told my items was shipped the next day. I’m not able to track order or call the company. I called my bank so they can investigate and submit a refund. Like they said if it’s too good to be true it maybe a scam. These people need to be stopped!!

krismlie.com is a scam web site. I just want to warn people to refrain from ordering from these scammers and do not place your orders from this website, krismlie.com. Please, DON'T!!! You will end up losing your money. The dress I ordered for an event since April 2nd, 2022 has not been shipped to me till this moment. I was told that the dress was shipped to different address and location. Importantly, they do not have contact phone number except an email. After series of emails, I was told by one of their customer service staff called "Amber" that they will reship my order but it never happened, and I never received a reply to my email or a refund since April, 2022.
