I was a fan of Kri but have been quite frustrated with this company of late.

First, I had a reaction (breakouts) to one of their products and tried to reach out to see if it could be exchanged, however, the only way to even attempt to reach customer service now is solely via their chatbot, which (as I’ve learned after several weeks of trying) doesn’t lead anywhere despite its reassurances, so essentially there is no way to communicate with the company any longer, which is unacceptable. Secondly, Kri says they send their limited-time review link for products 4 weeks after the purchase/delivery, however, for the two products I received, it was sent the day of receipt —obviously before I had the ability to try the products. By the time I’d thoroughly tried the product and wanted to leave a review (of note, this was after my outreach to Kri), the link to write a review had expired.

Company processes seem to have gone downhill, and it’s disappointing because I liked the company and would have liked to try more products of at some point if/when it became less risky (due to their strict return policy) to do so.

I'm stunned that the reveiws arent all 5 stars on here.

I stumbled upon Kri Skincare in their very early days when they were Guiltless Skin, back in 2017 and I've been a user of their products ever since. I was suffering from adult acne in my 30's. It shattered my self confidence and made me apply more makeup to hide my blemishes which made my skin even worse. I spent £1000's on harmful products in plastic packaging, when I thought, if I'm wasting all this money trying to get nice skin I may as well do my bit for the environment and myself at the same time. THE best decision I ever made. I now don't wear makeup, I absultley detest the feel of it on my skin, and I'm so grateful for finding Kri.
They literally changed my life. Anyone who suffers with their skin or self confidence will understand that's not an over exageration.

The founder is one of the loveliest people I have ever had encounters with, her intentions and concience about doing the right thing, she won me over after my first email back from her and I will never, not be a customer. I recall years ago her most popular product was out of stock for months. Kri couldn't get the usual quality Rosehip or what ever it was, they wern't willing to substitute for a subferior replacement and in turn lost revenues until Kri was able to get the right quality. You don't get that from bigger brands, that is for sure. They are profit over quality every time.

Every product is great but I would say my absolute must haves are:

Unveil Cleanser - goes on as an oil that you massage into your skin and then add a little water and rub and it emulsifies to a white non oily substance. Then wipe off with a face cloth amd rinse. I love it, it's so gentle on your skin but the oil lifts daily grime and makeup. For heavy makeup you may need to repeat to make sure totally clean but it's worth it. I couldn't live with out it.

Renew - exfoliation serum that you sleep in then wash of and apply Illume serum the next morning and you will notice a difference to the size of your pores, do that about twice a week. It's great and no nasty plastic micro beads, nothing harsh scrubbing your face and no nasty chemicals.

Suncream - oh my word the trials and tribulations this has put the company through, getting it right and constantly taking on feedback from valued customers about the product and packaging. The latest is fantastic and has come in handy in the recent heatwave. It doesn't leave any white residue, goes on lovely and not greasy which means it's perfect for your face.

Don't be frightened of using the oils, I was sceptical at first. Applying oils to acne is surely wrong. But it was the right thing to do. So give the products ago, don't just stop using them because they don't change you in a week, let them do their thing and you will be happy you stuck with it. They do smaller travel sizes if you want to have a trial run but but full size is best option to get your skin used to the product change. :)

I've been using Kri skincare products for years now and I wouldn't use anything else. I use the Unveil Cleansing Oil, the Illume Niacinamide serum, the Vitamin C & Bakuchiol serum and the Endless Moisturiser. These products have - quite literally - transformed my mature, sensitive skin. Kri customer service is also excellent and always has been; everyone I have spoken to in the past has been polite and helpful.

Bought 2 products from them. The Renew exfoliator and the oil cleanser and love both of them. I got the products 2 days after ordering and would definitely buy again. Not sure about the negative reviews ? I've had no problem with them but it is my first order

I am absolutely certain that all the good reviews for this company are faked. Why are any negative reviews getting disliked?

I purchased a tube of the sunscreen, which I love using. It melts into my skin and doesn't leave a white cast. Can't fault the customer service - I had some questions about ingredients due to my fussy skin, and they got back to me the following day with a detailed response. Five stars to Abi for having so much knowledge! Also love the ethical credentials of this brand. From what I've experienced on my first order, I'll definitely be ordering again x

Purchased x2 bottles of the mineral suncreens. One started to separate after a short time. Just opened the second bottle which is also separated. Kri has agreed to issue a refund for the second bottle.

Terrible customer service, abi was very rude, doesnt know how to speak to people

Edit: didnt receive the correct refund and seller was so rude saying i didnt pay that much for the items when i did, ive sent a screenshot, then said she doesnt want to deal me anymore and ignored me, abi is so rude never had such rude customer service before. Don't buy from here its a scam site and will go down very quickly if the customer service doesn't get any better, i need to do cashback now because for the items returned i haven't received the correct refund

I purchased their sunscreen and experienced dermatitis. By law cosmetic companies need to investigate reactions to products. Their response was to tell me they don’t accept returns for used products. They offered no mediation & asked no questions regarding my reactions. Awful company.

Excellent customer service from Selina. Thank you so much for your help with my order and your polite manner and quick response. This brand looks really interesting with some great products like organic rosehip oil and key ingredients like squalane. Excited to try my products when they arrive!
