Dr Emma Still is honestly the best dentist we have ever been too. She is excellent with my children with explaining what’s going to happen and being so calm and caring whilst carrying out what needs to be done.

Me personally am a very nerves patient and she has been the only dentist for many many years that I trust to sit in the chair with.

Such lovely staff, from the Reception team to the Dentist and his lovely Dental Nurse. Really caring and I've never had a dentist explain things so clearly and in terms that I could understand. Took the time to make sure I was calm and relaxed and did a filling that didn't hurt at all - and I asked for no injection so that was amazing work. Only just registered with this dentist but they cured my sister of the most horrendous phobia of dentists to the point where she hadn't been to one in almost 40 years! There is a reason that there are now 7 of my family members registered with this dentist (both NHS and private) and that is because they are the best, hands down. Beautifully clean, modern and comfortable. Well done everyone at Kreate, you are literally changing lives of people who have crippling fears of the dentist!

Excellent Dentist, I’m one very anxious patient and after having 2 lots of treatment was booked in with the hygienist today which I could never have seen me doing. It is through the kind and understanding staff right from the minute you walk through the door, from reception and in treatment rooms that has given me the confidence and trust. I can’t recommend enough and so very thankful to everyone.

I have just finished an Invisalign journey with Doctor Emma Still and Dental Nurse Beth and I am so pleased with the results! Not only are my new teeth amazing, the whole experience was wonderful.

Everyone in the practice is lovely. The wonderful reception ladies are always so kind and on hand if you have any questions.

My partner and I both have had our teeth done at the same time and the team always accommodated us and our childcare needs, our daughter even came along once!

I would highly recommend these guys. Brilliant all round.

Ben Poon managed to treat and rescue my back tooth (with otherwise poor prognosis) very professionally this morning.
Ben discussed and explained the issues before treatment and re-assuringly kept me informed as the treatment progressed. Its not the first time he has done this for me. Very comforting for a tense patient!
The Practice (owned by Mihir Shah who has also treated me very professionally) seems well managed.

These people are amazing,they make you feel at ease as soon as you get through the door.
Every thing is explained to you about your treatment so you know what to expect.

I've only been with Kreate for about six months - but I am delighted with absolutely everything. I can't fault them. The reception staff are lovely as are all the dental nurses, but Dr Emma Still is their shining star - what a fabulous dentist! Emma is truly wonderful.. so welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate. I can't praise her highly enough. I don't suppose there are many people who actually look forward to going to the dentist... but I almost do - thanks to Emma!.

First time visiting these guys. It was after hearing positive comments from another person who had gone there recently. I must say, it was a very pleasant visit. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The dentist, Dr Taison Lee was excellent! Thank you all for the nice experience..

As usual Dr Emma was brilliant today! I cannot praise her and her team highly enough. They are all so professional, kind, and very caring. I had two deep fillings and didn't feel a thing.
