Kreate Dental Reviews 

My latest visit to Kreate dental was a well planned and executed quite complex treatment plan. Ben kept me informed at all stages of the process and was very courteous.

I’m a very nervous patient and going to the dentist is my worst nightmare but Ben was wonderful, very calming and explained each step along the way. Would highly recommend him although the other dentists are very good too

I rang to book an appointment for myself and my children, we are all registered with Kreate dental and have been many times. I was told that I can book an appointment myself, but my children (because they are registered as NHS) cannot have an appointment until next May 2025. This is because the practice have spent their entire NHS budget already, apparently. Up until now their service has been great. I'm not sure what's changed but its ridiculous to have to wait 6 months for a dental appointment. I'm sure if my children were private, they would have them in next week.

I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed I really appreciate how they looked after me knowing how nervous I am when I visit the dentist. From the minute I walked in all staff made it an easy journey. The dentist himself made the overall experience not to scary

I’ve had dental work carried out over the past 18 months with both Mihir & Emma , and I am pleased with the way my smile looks today , probably the best my teeth have ever looked. The whole team are very friendly and professional, I would, and I have recommended to friends and family.

The care received at Kreate Dental is second to none, I previously attended the same NHS dentist for over 50 years. I developed a painful tooth ache I contacted my dentist for an appointment, they could not see me for at least two weeks due the lack of appointments. I phoned Kreate Dental and was given an emergency appointment within 48 hour. I no longer attend dental care at my previous dentist and have all treatment at Kreate whereby I am able to receive high quality care.

Finally I would recommend Dr Ben Poon for his continued care and advice. Importantly not carrying out unnecessary dental work not required which I have had in the NHS in the past.

I visited to have my temporary crown removed and my permanent crown fitted. I had not previously met Dr. Ayush Gupta who was doing the fitting. I am a very nervous patient but together with Sue his dental nurse (who I’ve met many times) he put me at ease. The procedure was explained at every step and was quicker than I had expected. Very pleased.

Mr Poon and the team were all very professional for my visit today. The reception staff too are always polite, friendly and helpful Thank you for a brilliant service.

I've been a patient here for many years. All the staff I've encountered, dentists, hygenists, dental nurses and receptionist are very friendly, welcoming and professional. When having work done, I'm constantly being monitored to make sure I'm comfortable and happy. The practice itself is bright, modern and clean. I would thoroughly recommend Kreate Dental.

All staff are friendly and welcoming. The minute I walk in, they know my name. Dr Emma is so lovely, she explains everything and the hygienist too - in fact, I look forward to going to the dentist!!

I’ve had three appointments over the last month with Dr.Taison and dental nurse Beth, my last being on 8th August.
My first was preparation for a crown, the second fitting the crown and the third having a white filling done. Having spent this time at Kreate Dental, I think I can write a honest review. Taison showed me consideration, kindness, he explained everything he was doing in words I could understand. I came away thinking what a great team he and Beth were, so very professional.

We had been waiting for my son’s braces appointment for a long time, around a year. Today when I attended with my son, the dentist examined him and asked a few questions, he also asked him whether you still need the braces? My child answered “I am not sure” the dentist said “then I am referring back to your dentist and ask them to refer him again for braces when he is sure”.

Most of the things we are doing and deciding for our son as he has some medical conditions. I am so disappointed that the dentist decided based on what my son said but didn’t ask the parent’s opinion.

Last January also we had an appointment for the same reason (for braces) with the same dentist but he postponed this for 8 months and now he has referred back to our dentist without doing anything.

I tried to explain to him to consider our (the parents’) opinions and request to consider doing braces sooner, but he refused to listen to me.

It seems the dentist is the owner of Kreate dental so whatever I write here will not help in any way, however I just want to tell him that I wasn’t happy today.

I always enjoy attending Kreate dentist. The receptionist is welcoming and Dr Benjamin Poon is excellent at his job and very informative. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great dentist

All Staff are friendly and helpful.
Dr Emma always puts me at ease and explains everything she’s going to do in an easy going way that doesn’t freak me out!
I’m able to actually relax in the dental chair as I trust that if I feel even slightly uncomfortable Dr Emma will stop immediately and sort out whatever is needed to ensure I’m comfortable again.
I’ve been back multiple times, and there’s never any issues if I want to delay further treatment for any reason.
I never have any nervousness attending appointments here, whereas with other places I’ve ended up not going back after one appointment.
Totally recommended!
