I really wanted to like this product but it’s a big scam. Ideally, it would work if the ring never came back but at the very least, I expected it to be easier to clean. None of it happened.

This company is an absolute waste of money and they do not stand behind their guarantee. Their game is one of debate and waste the customers time until they give up. We went back-and-forth in an email exchange over how the product is supposed to work and what they claimed was just our problem with our bad water. Their goal is to make the customer invest enough time to the point where they say forget it and then they never have to give up the money to refund. Their advertising is completely false.

A waste of money so far. Still have a toilet ring after 2 weeks of usage. Will test their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I havw been aakws to provide additional detail regarding my experience with this product. I have not changed my view - it remains the same. This product was a waste of money. 5 were purchased and none of them worked at all. Here is my original review. Krazy Klean is a neat little cone shaped thing you put in the toilet tank to keep your toilet bowl clean for years. It comes cleverly wrapped and is well made. But folks it does not work. It does nothing more than sit there in your toilet tank. It does not keep it clean. Doent waste your hard earned money on this product. I would give it zero stars but the wrapping was clever therefor I give it 1 star.

Update: Krazy Klean did try to help, though I'm not sure there would have been a solution. In the end, they did end refunding me without a return.

Original: Krazy Klean is a complete lie. It is false advertisement entirely. They send you prefer written responses because everyone has the same complaint. Staining does not stop. You will still need a toilet brush to clean off water stains. Their price is high and they just take advantage of people. Why would you need used products back for a refund? Do you just keep sending them out as new products? It wouldn't surprise me if you did. I don't know how you stay in business at all.

This was fine, for about a year, but they say this will keep hard water stains from your toilets for a lifetime... that's not true. You're going to have to buy one every year if you live in hard water areas - and my water is especially iron-heavy. I will not purchase again. It's rather keep cleaning my toilet every week, with little effort, to keep stains away.

Honestly can’t believe this company was able to get a bunch of children in a room with such a lying piece of crap to sell this useless product. I’ve had no success with this product.$69 down the toilet. Literally sent pictures to the customer service agent where I requested a refund and they sent me more stupid magnets. Please do not buy from this scam artist company.

What a complete scam. This reminds me of the stuff scammers would pedal door to door in the 50s.

It’s not going to make it where you never have to clean your toilet again, so while I’d dock some points for false advertising, it does help reduce hard water stains in the toilet bowl. It’s not an excuse to be a nasty person… it just makes cleaning a lot less frustrating.

if small cheap magnets worked all the toilet makers of toilets would install them for almost no cost but no one does because they do not work

I wrote and told them the two I purchased did not work. They have refused to help me get a resolution or refund. Please, please steer very clear of this company. If not a scam, it is about as close as you can get to it.

This doesn’t work, and they get offended when you call them out on their crappy product (no pun intended). I believe they are committing false advertising by stating boldly that you’ll “never scrub your toilets again” (word for word from their packaging). Then, they turn it around on the instructions and say you will have to periodically wipe your toilets. Well, wiping does nothing. I have to scrub and use cleaning products. We contacted them for a refund and they offered to send a booster to try and fix it. We accepted as we really just wanted this to work, but alas, it did nothing. We emailed back saying that it didn’t work and we requested a refund. Haven’t heard anything. Emailed again giving them 24 hours or we will dispute the charge. Don’t fall for their scam and lies.

straight up doesn't work

It does not work at all. It was a waste of money I had bought two of them and of course that money is down the drain!
Then I read the package insert afterwards and here’s what it says:

The sale of this product is as is complete and without any express warranties liability, if any is limited to the refund of the purchase price only upon return of the product package and original receipt to the manufacture. Can you imagine getting these things out of your toilet, seeing if they work and you are going to keep the boxes, this is a scam. Don’t get caught up in it.

Bought three KKlean for my bathrooms a year ago. Not true you’ll never have to clean the toilet bowl in ten years. You still have to brush the bowl ever so often cause water still leaves light-rust-like stain in it.

I bought 2 of the large ones (not cheap) and the water in my tank won't fill so I can't flush. Total WASTE OF MONEY!!!

This product is a joke and I fell for the hype. No difference in cleaning.

This is a scam. Been in both toilets for a month. Does not keep them clean at all! No difference. I’m better off using my Clorox 2 toilet tablets.

I’ve used Krazy Klean since the beginning of March in 2
toilets in my home and I’ve noticed no difference at all. I started off with freshly scrubbed toilets and within 3 days, I had the same hard water-type stains and mineral deposits forming. I would’ve been somewhat satisfied if it even bought me a little extra time between toilet cleaning, but it made no difference at all. I’m still having to scrub my toilets 2 to 3 times per week. Waste of A LOT money and it’s a shame this company makes the customer pay for shipping with returns. If they truly stand behind their product with confidence, you’d think they would offer return shipping at no cost. So disappointed.

Complete scam. Online they claim you never have to clean your toilet again. However, in the product packaging, they include a disclaimer stating you may still get a pink ring and will have to clean once a month (due to local water treatment).

To make matters worse I'm just under 2 weeks in and already have a black ring forming.
