Having just finished a course of one-to-one sessions with Ellie at Krav Maga Cornwall I feel compelled to write a review as my experience was exceptionally positive. In what initially could be perceived as quite a daunting subject, Ellie was incredible, very professional, understanding and made learning fun with easy to follow techniques. Testament to my new found enjoyment in this subject, I am now joining her group sessions and truly believe that Ellie does help you to get home safely.

We have loved every second of working with Krav Maga Cornwall - from their professionalism and knowledge to their quality coaching and teaching they have been fantastic having in our training space. Their self defence class has been an incredible addition to our timetable at Sequoia Movement and really look forward to continuing working together into the future. Highly recommend!

Simple but highly effective pure self defence skills are brilliantly taught at KMC by coaches Ellie and Dan. Everyone who joins is welcomed and made to feel part of the club. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I started Krav Maga to do something outside of my comfort zone and to be able to learn a new skill and to make friends. I was very nervous when I first started but found everyone to be so welcoming and that they are happy to share their knowledge. Ellie and Dan are great trainers and will always help you if you are not sure about something. Would highly recommend.

Ellie is a superb instructor that makes everyone feel comfortable and able to take part with confidence.

Krav Maga is a great self defence option and Krav Maga Cornwall are the best people to learn from!

They instructed from our gym for a year and if they ever wanted to come back, they’d be welcome anytime.

My partner and I joined almost 2 years ago and have loved every class! Both Ellie and Dan are approachable, inclusive and extremely knowledgeable. They make sure each learner leaves the class with new skills, knowledge and a higher confidence. Everyone is friendly and always takes initiative to help each other and welcome newcomers.

On top of the effective self defence methods you will get to learn, your overall fitness will be improved every week and you will leave each class with a smile on your face!

Ellie’s classes are hugely inclusive, fun and efficient. Students are encouraged to train hard but always to their ability and everyone I have met has been supportive and respectful.
