I initially ordered specific parts for my old Kranzle model. When one of the parts was delivered, it was the wrong type, although the correct part number. This proved difficult to return to the supplier. What went from a great customer experience turned out to be a terrible after-sales experience. I ended up going direct to Kranzle, UK, based in Southend-on-Sea! This time, I got the right part, which should have been sent in the first place!
