Five messages requesting help, all unanswered?
After nine days (on a next day service) the bracelet had failed to arrive! Five emails from me over the coming two weeks all remained unanswered, which is a terrible customer experience! Evidently they do not care about their customers! Avoid!

Bad quality and terrible customer service
The first bracelet I ordered came apart and I put this down to bad luck. I made a second order for two bracelets in medium, however they came in different sizes. One in medium and the other in small. I emailed the customer services to highlight this but had no reply. Very disappointing

The pin in the shackle is very fiddly…
The pin in the shackle is very fiddly to screw in due to having to feed it through 2 seperate ropes. May be different on other designs.

Excellent item and fabulous customer service. I ordered 2 items to gain the extra discount and on arrival one of the bracelets was the wrong size. I contacted Kraken and they sent a replacement super quickly.
The bracelets look great, for well and despite the clasp being a little tricky to master, it’s easy to fit once you have your technique sorted. Really happy and would order more.
