1. The address is already registered and does not require registering again
2. The name is already being used for a registered address, any other name can be used instead (this does not affect the delivery, just a name you assign to saved addresses)
3. Both 1 and 2

Certain transactions, such as ACH purchases, PayPal, debit or credit card purchases or digital wallet purchases will trigger a temporary (72 hour) withdrawal hold on the account, for security purposes. Cash deposits via ACH Plaid are held from withdrawal for 7 days. This hold applies to withdrawals in any crypto or fiat currency.
Once the hold expires, you will be able to withdraw your funds.

Everything „okay“ BUT…
I myself was a longtime customer of the platform (1-2 years) but before 2 months there was a widespread event (also with documentation of reddit) that deposits werent credited to you account and just helt (there were cases of 10.000€). For myself it was around 200€ which werent credited and refunded SINCE NOW. (For 2 months I tried to contact the support but got basic, pre-written answers that their service is overworked right know…)
I mean it was a good experience since then but wtf? (I switched to another site and just hope my money isnt lost in Kraken)
Edit: Answer to the Kraken Reply: I already wrote your Krakensupport on Reddit aswell but got the same message that this need to be checked further etc. even tho I provided original bank transfers from my app. There is nothing to check...

No help recovering my funds on there exchange
I deposited 299.48 ZRO (approx. $435) to Kraken via the Base L2 network instead of Ethereum Mainnet. The funds are sitting exactly where I sent them, at my allocated Kraken address: 0x96bb4638807e6dd491c117fb381aea1a27405215. Because this is a standard EOA wallet and Base is EVM-compatible, Kraken technically has the private keys to access these funds right now. They refuse to help, claiming it's 'impossible' or 'unsupported,' despite other exchanges like Binance having automated tools for this exact fix. I’ve escalated this to the UK Financial Ombudsman as it’s unfair to withhold customer funds they clearly control. $435 may be small to a billion-dollar exchange, but it’s a significant loss for a retail user.

I switched from Robinhood to Kraken…
I switched from Robinhood to Kraken Pro, and while Kraken Pro is powerful for trading, it lacks some important features that make tracking performance harder.
The biggest issue is the portfolio chart. On Kraken Pro, the chart includes deposits, so every time you add money, the line goes up. This gives a misleading view of performance because it doesn’t clearly separate profit from deposits. On Robinhood, the chart is focused on profit and loss, which makes it much easier to understand how you’re actually performing.
Another downside is the lack of a clear total profit display. Robinhood shows your exact profit or loss amount directly, while Kraken Pro often requires you to calculate it yourself or dig through different sections. Even though Kraken has started adding profit/loss metrics, the experience still isn’t as straightforward.
The chart itself also feels basic. It’s just a simple line without much detail, and it doesn’t offer the same “all-time performance” clarity that Robinhood provides. Robinhood’s charts are more user-friendly and visually informative, making them better for tracking long-term growth.
Overall, Kraken Pro is strong for advanced trading tools, but when it comes to tracking profits and clean chart visualization, Robinhood does a much better job. Having said all this I love Kraken Pro better over all and I won’t go back to Robinhood. I love the customization and low fees. Thank you and looking forward to these changes if possible.

If deposits or transfers are affecting how your performance appears, Kraken Pro allows you to review certain deposit or transfer ledger entries and manually update the Entry Price used for cost basis and unrealized P&L calculations. Please note this does not change the original transaction record or execution price.
For a deeper breakdown, we recommend checking your Account History and Documents Center, where you can export Trades, Ledgers, and Balances. Trades show execution details, Ledgers show deposits, withdrawals, fees, and balance changes, and Balance Exports can provide a snapshot of your portfolio at a selected past date.
