Do you wanna pay for their mistake?
I ordered 2 changing mats during a sale for 70% off. Upon receiving the order however, they only sent 1.
I contacted customer support, and is sad to say that they are claiming technical problems on the website during purchase, and is refusing to send the remaing part of my order or return payment for the missing.
This, even though my profile on their website shows the purchase of 2, at the price I claim, AND all email confimations about the purchase say the same.
I am truly sad about the low rating, since the mat I did receive seems to be of great quality, and customer support responded really quickly and in a friendly manner.
But it is simply not okay to make the customer pay for mistakes made on the website. If you walk into a store and there is a price written, they are legally obligated to sell it to you for that price even if it were a mistake.
