Ordered a 10x12 gazebo. Came in five boxes and arrived in a timely manner. Assembly instructions were complete and helpful but their online video was most helpful. They need to do the same for other products. Very well designed, sturdy, and added a beautiful setting for our patio area.
Worked with Nicole at Kozyard. Couldn't have been more impressed with her. She assited me during the order taking process which, in our case had some unique requirments. She even assisted with the tracking when it was shipped. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared. We are looking forward to have our gazebo assembled. Hope Kozyard realzes how important it is to have employees like Nicole.
What a scam site!! STAY AWAY!!!
I placed an order for a gazebo with them. That evening I received an email stating that my order was being shipped and provided a tracking number with SAIA. Never heard of the company, but OK. Tried the tracking number multiple times and ways, and nothing. Couldn't be found. I contacted Kozyard through their "Live Chat" and OMG, so rude! They said they cancelled my order because I was being "fraudulent", yet they charged my card twice. The charges are still pending and I can't even dispute the transaction yet.
