We had a very bad experience with this company. They installed 2 doors and 1 window at our place. During installation one glass broke and they promised to replace it, but after 5 months nothing has been done. Since day one, one door doesn’t close properly. Their phone doesn’t work and they don’t reply to emails.

I contracted Kozijnen Solution to change the window frames & balcony door of my apartment. The whole process was very straight forward & communication with the team was easy and smooth.
The quality of the frames is there & the team was always available to provide advice on certain aspects (e.g: opening direction of the window).
The installation lasted 3 days and the result is exactly what I was hoping for so I'd definitely recommend Kozijnen Solution!

I had 2 large windows and a smaller one installed. Communication was great. Delivery was fast. Everything went according to plan. Installers were amazingly professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. They gave a lot of attention to detail and were careful, neat, clean and made sure not to leave a mess behind. They prepared the whole area, covered everything and left everything spotless. They delivered what they exactly promised. The finished product was beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough!

A year later I am still waiting for the insect screen for my sliding door to be installed. In the past year they sent an insect screen twice and both times it had something wrong. I've been in touch several times by phone and email. It takes days to get a reply, if any. I am very unhappy after having paid everything in full within a day plus brought them 7+ customers :(

My rexommendation ! Guys helped from the scratch to choose windows and replace them . Everything was fast and clean!
