Ordered a yamaha drum kit, picked up on store, they don't have the throne on stock and said wil going to ship, one week later never heard from again despite several follow-up!

Kosmic Sound shipped me a USED Yamaha CG-TA guitar in an IBANEZ guitar box after I selected and paid the price for a NEW Yamaha Classical TransAcoustic guitar. Did they think I was stupid or dumb? KOSMIC also did not send me the warranty/Instruction pamphlet or truss allen key. The USED Yamaha they sent me also had finger oil and wear marks on the fretboard. Plus, it had dust under the strings near the saddle/bridge. Overwhelming evidence that the guitar was not a NEW Yamaha CG-TA.
