Actually a 4,5 stars but it's getting better each time so I think I can give a five star rating.

As it always happen, you have to trust someone, understand who's in front of you, built a relationship before you can write a judgement but overall it's worth between four and five stars at the moment, and improving.

Very valuable service, good rates, nice staff.

Living in Sweden and eating kosher is not an easy task. Kosher4u has made my life so much easier. Good service and accurate shipping. You are the best!

I would like to see more sefardim products.
also, the UPS packaging is very difficult to open.
finally, there is no clarity as to when the package will be delivered. I would appreciate more upfront information in this respect.

Brilliant!!! I ordered on Monday afternoon and received the goods via UPS the next day on noon in Germany in good condition!!! A German deliverer couldn't be better. I appreciate this quick response. :)

I ordered items on this site for the first time, the items arrived a couple of days after in a neatly packed box. It was quicker than I expected which was a nice surprise. I will definitely return!

Everything is usually fine except when DPD messes up.

Good:
The deliveries are fast and straightforward.

Bad:
1) choice not very big,
2) Often products are presented that are already sold out.
3) I think that's verry bad - after purchasing choice with the given prices is made,
will be added later extra costs,
- Delivery, tax and surcharge packaging Fresh meat and like this.
Should everything be immediately factored into the individual prices,
otherwise we still pay approx. 20 euros more
according to which the list is already compiled -
- very customer-unfriendly!

Placed 2 order which arrived totally ruined and unusable. Seller would not replace. No concession for lost merchandise and defective shipping. Their online mailorder service is unacceptable.
