This company made me feel cheated of my time and money. I ordered two items. Second item I got a refund because it was out of stock. The first arrived after a long time. When I received it, I was shocked to see how different it was from what is advertised online and the material was a very cheap material. I could not believe that what I paid for is what I received. Sure, sometimes when you shop online, the product may be different but this is entirely different and the material is so cheap you feel that you have been cheated of your money. It barely costs a fifth of what I paid for. When I told them about it, they offered a replacement with another product. I decided to give them a chance at redeeming the trust of a costumer. It took them more than two months to finally tell me that the product is out of stock.Please, please, stay clear of them. I do not want you to be cheated of your money and time.

Scammer very bad online shopping site. Please people don’t be the next victim they took your money and you recieved nothing. SCAMMER

I have had the WORST experience with Kosenyc. Items were returned almost 2 months ago and the emails back and forth are cut and pasted from their previous emails. I did receive one item of my order over a month after my order, and then weeks after this another part of the order, just one more item. The items were such SUCH poor quality. This site is a SCAM ripping people off. I am STILL chasing my refund of hundreds of dollars. DONT EVER ORDER FROM KOSENYC

I ordered clothes only 2 weeks ago but for a standard online store this is a long time to not receive word regarding an order. I then began to worry and found these reviews online. Also on inspection, their website has very little information. I have requested a full refund due to not receiving any word on my order and after read these reviews. I probably won’t see the money again. I will he reporting the site if I do not receive a refund.

I have ordered 5 weeks ago and still did not get my product. Everyime I sent email, everytime diffrent person replied saying “it is on normal process now, my order is on first priority”

I ask to cancle for 2 times and they just ignored. Worst internet shopping experience ever.

Placed an order this week but found Kosenyc website lacked any information about shipping so sent an email to their customer service immediately. Took a day or so for the to get back to me but they've not been able to answer a direct query regarding dates. 4 different customer service people replied and 5 days in the order is still being prepared on their order tracking and they state that there will be a 15% charge to me for cancellation after 24 hrs. None of this is on their site. Unbelievable - stay away ! I feels so stupid for being duped by this company. They appear to have no interest in customers.

The quality of the dress that I received is very poor. It says that it is made from 65% of cotton and 35% polyester. There is no cotton there at all. The dress is synthetic and very unpleasant to even touch. It doesn't even look like on the picture. The customer service is bad too. They don’t speak English and don’t understand what the issue is.
