worst scammers at the moment, They denied my three different payouts on three different accounts for their fake reason of account management!
And worst thing is they also terminated all my three funded accounts!
worst thieves in the prop firm space!
Is a shame they are still advertising and luring new people in the scam.

Scamming company, they denied my payout due to multiple IP addresses for my account but I explained that the other IP detected was from a siblings account who I live with and we both had our own accounts on our own devices and never managed each others accounts. Also I had built over $5k in profit and when I requested payout and they reviewed my account and completely dumped my profits within a day, bearing in mind I wasn’t able to access my account during the review phase. So now when I log into my kortana dashboard I can see where they have crashed my hard earned profits.

This firm is 100% scam. Never got any payout from them, did everything according their rules. They changed broker 3 times during me having an account with them (because they are scamming people, brokers don't want to do business with them) first payout got rejected, they changed rules without prior notice and my consistency rule would be violated with the new 33% standard and reaching that I would pass max profit so payout would not be possible, second time no payout also but still got a fresh account on the new broker migration towards MT5. Now again I traded exactly according their rules, requested payout of only 2% profit and got rejected for no reason. They say it's ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT -> IP rule violation. But I have only been trading on my phone on the same mobile network. Now they breached my account for no reason.

Customer support not available, it's just a bot. Don't mind the positive reviews here on trustpilot those are all fake, I know a lot of traders and they all experiencing the same. Most people won't even reach profit split so they never know.

I recently purchased an account with this company, successfully passed their challenge, and hit the payout profit target. However, when I requested my profits, they hit me with an excuse: they claimed they detected a violation based on my IP address, which apparently showed three different IPs.

In response, I promptly provided supporting documentation, including screenshots from my service provider. I explained that a power outage in my neighborhood forced me to connect my laptop to the internet via my phone, resulting in a different IP address. I even shared my broadband contract, which clearly states that the IP changes upon reset as a security measure.

Their reply? An automated email that screamed “AI” rather than “customer service.” It’s as if they didn’t bother reading my detailed explanation or showing any human empathy.

But that’s not all. If you take a closer look at their Trustpilot reviews, you’ll notice a suspicious pattern. The majority of their 5-star ratings come from brand-new accounts, and these reviews lack specificity about the company’s services. Some even mention a different service called “Easy Funded EA” on the MQL5 marketplace. It’s all too fishy.

Why isn’t Trustpilot taking action against this obvious manipulation? 🤔

DON'T FALL FOR IT! Biggest SCAM out there! After a payout request, my account was hard breached for 'ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT'. This is the biggest b*llshit there is, because I only logged in via my OWN SERVER, to which no other account can be linked and no more than 1 IP address is used. They don't pay out big amounts, please don't fall for it.

Kortana fx seems to be running some sort of scam. Dont pay attention to the so called good reviews you see here as those are probably orchestrated by their in house team. I abided by all the rules but because they could not provide proof that i broke any rules, they decided to deny my payout due to "account management". Up until now they are yet to show me proof of this account management. Tomorrow I will be putting in a report about their dealings to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Its a 100% scam.
5 times in a row they rejacted my payout. Over 20k in payout gone. thanks for nothing. maybe they will pay 50/50 but after that you wont get any payouts.
The Support-Chat is now "AI". I cant explain how trashy that is, because u cant get in connect with them.

I asked for withdrawal they rejected it because dir no reason and closed my 100k account.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with KortanaFX. Despite following all their procedures and using the same IP address consistently, they refused to process my withdrawal request. They claimed it was due to an IP address issue, accusing me of account mismanagement, which is completely untrue.

I have tried to explain and provide all necessary details to resolve this situation, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. This has caused a significant inconvenience and loss of trust in their service.

I would not recommend KortanaFX to anyone looking for a reliable trading platform. Their customer service is poor, and their policies are overly restrictive and unjust.

I recently requested a payout, but it was denied due to an alleged breach of the stack policy. It's frustrating because I am extremely careful and never opened more than two trades on the same pair. However, I do close trades with multiple take profits (TPs). They closed my account, claiming they couldn't identify this practice. My advice: don't waste your capital and time trading with this prop firm.

I have Screenshots of conversations with wrong statements of the „Support“ Team, what causes hard breach. They wont give you all informations, because they want you to lose.

I recently bought an account with Kortana and passed it, then made some profits and when it came time for the payouts, they not once but twice rejected them due to the “IP address rule”. So they’re basically telling you if you wanna trade with us, lock yourself in your room and don’t go anywhere with the device you trade from so your IP address remains the same. I’m someone who travels a lot, which is why I’m trading in the first place, for freedom to trade from anywhere in the world, but everytime I travel or connect to a new wifi, my IP address will change, so they decline the payout because of that, which makes 0 sense, as a trader you should be free to trade from wherever you want. V bad experience with Kortana, I would not recommend.

This is not a prop firm you should work with as a trader that want to succeed ...Buy prop firms without issues and that has no crazy rules like these guys.Buy ftmo,fundednext etc their rules r clean and straight forward.
Kortanafx denied my withdrawal on the grounds of account management ..I traded that account myself and they said their systwm noticed various IP addresses ...Can they show me those IP addresses and the devices attached to it lets see....They closed my account and rejected my withdrawal ...Kortanafx that is fraud ...very fraudulent ...U guys are just messing with traders and taking their funds considering they have a profit share of 50/50 still they had to steal my payout.. why do we have to wait until after 21 days to be reviewed ...the moment your account dictates another IP address an email should be sent with the decice and IP address....

Hey everyone, I just passed my Kortana Challenge on my own! I was skeptical about Easy Funded HFT on MLQ5, given the many underwhelming EAs out there. However, after reading positive reviews, I decided to try it. The developer's support was excellent, guiding me through the quick and easy setup. Amazingly, within 4-5 hours of using the EA, I achieved my goal! It exceeded my expectations and proved to be top-notch!

Submitted my first payout with them. A day later it was rejected saying they do not allow account management and that my IP address was flagged with multiple accounts.

Meanwhile, I only had 1 account with Kortana. I used mt5 mobile on my phone and I only trade myself on the account. Never used "account management." Also, if I only have 1 account and I trade from my phone, how is my IP being used on multiple accounts?

Stay away from this firm. Complete scammers

By the way, my payout was only $290 (after the 50% profit split) and if they find any BS excuse to not pay a measly $290 than that is a major issue. Stick to major prop firms people.

This guys are not worth your time pls don’t get their account…I beg you in the name of God … I’m writing this out of pains … this is the second time my payment has been rejected first I was told I violated rules… now my payment was rejected again telling me I did account management… account I traded alone with my analysis… this is so so painful … please this people will never pay you … over look any review you see positive it’s is paid review I have proof
