I’ve been part of the Korp Academy for a few months now and I have learned so much. Before starting, I thought that I had no art skills at all, but through Korp’s teaching, I’ve been able to unlock skills I didn’t know I had.

I'm in my, ahem, fifties and capable of doodling/drawing already and yet I too find tremendous value in Korps classes. For one, no matter what level of artist, there's always room to learn. For another, I, like all creatives/artists, go through a winter season. I become spent of ideas and motivation. It is when I feel like this that's it's a joy to sit down to a Korps tutorial and simply follow along. I can just draw it as Korps does, or embellish with my own ideas. Soon enough, I'm back to creating my own stuff again. I can't praise Korps art and teaching style high enough.

Korp is an amazing teacher. He makes it drawing fun and the range of styles he uses and the different types of media makes the whole experience fantastic. I could not praise him or his site more.

Fun, informative and full of creative friendly art people. The app is useful for posting your art and engaging other students. The skills and friends I've made here are amazing. Couldn't ask for a better teacher, patient, kind and highly skilled in what he teaches.

I’ve tried many different drawing artists online classes. Korp is the one I clicked with. My husband was so surprised when I started showing him my art work. I enjoy the different drawing tools he uses in the classes. I really love how he breaks down the figures into easy to draw shapes. He also talks about how to take your art to the next level of details. There are so many tutorials you will soon be addicted to them.

Great site, full of inspiration and a like minded squad!

Simply put I love this site, but anyone can say that right! I was skeptical at first, I work hard for my money and I've wasted a lot on other places just to end up disappointed and still hunting the info I needed somewhere else to do what I was on the othersite trying to do. I took a chance when he offered the free doodle packet. Well that got me hook line an sinker. Within 15 mins I made something that looked straight out of a coloring book and I was so proud to show it off. I'm almost 50. I did a little snooping around, liked what I learned about Korp academy and I joined within a hour of that first doodle. I've seen more improvements in my drawings as a whole in the last 30 days than I have in 2 years of hunting an pecking every other site I could find. Only regret I have is honestly not finding it sooner.

So far it is really cool, if it was more user friendly like very Accommodating, I would have learned alot quicker on certain things but so far so good

I've been trying different mediums like watercolor and pastels, but I have never been able to reproduce the art from video tutorials. I came across Korp on YouTube and did a POSCA tutorial and was amazed at how good it looked! I decided to become a member and have been going through the video archive. Korp is such a good teacher and, for the first time, I feel like I'm making progress with drawing and shading. He breaks everything down step by step and explains why he is doing what he's doing. I've learned more from his videos in the past couple months than I did the past 2 years trying to teach myself on YouTube.

Korp, and the KA community have been instrumental in reigniting my passion for drawing. I always strived for an unachievable perfection, and therefore never reached it… and would lose interest and never think I was good enough. Your teachings have been an inspiration, your support and comments on, and sharing of, my work.. give me confidence to keep doing it. . Since signing up 5 months ago I’ve probably done more than 100 drawings… and I’m proud of a large number of them… thank you, Korp.

And, If you’re an artist thinking about signing up, and aren’t quite sure if you’re good enough…you ARE and Korp will certainly make you believe you are. Trust the process! There’s perfection in imperfection!

I’m not usually spending money on online tutorials, especially drawing ones. Also i saw that is not necessary, you could just try to recreate the images, that simple! But!… but!…but!… guys it’s a game changer and a time saver. U don’t have to be a skilled artist to start on this art journey. Your kids will love it too. It is worth it!

I don't know if it was just written in the stars or Instagram just “gets” my vibe by showing me doodles of rainbow puking pigs and worm filled donuts, but the Korp Academy is worth every penny. Rediscovering my childhood love of doodling (especially the unserious kind) has been a blast and I get to do it with my kids and to my son’s extreme delight we got to draw a minion with Posca pens today! If you’re reading this and haven’t joined yet, what’re you waiting for? Go go go!

Korp is a fabulous teacher who puts a lot of thought into structuring his lessons. He makes creating artwork fun and accessible, encouraging persistence and giving helpfully constructive feedback. It’s great participating in the lessons and there are always mixed ages and abilities and mediums. Drawing has become a great practice that I enjoy with my 10 year old son who is growing in confidence in himself as a result of the lessons. The lessons use different mediums and materials, there’s something for whatever I’m in the mood for. I appreciate how Korp encourages individuality and praises when people go their own way during a lesson. He leaves room for using different materials and to use what you have at hand. I appreciate how generous Korp is with sharing his secret sauce and I especially appreciate his “art is a team sport” approach. Great lessons, I’ve learned so much, especially about getting out of my own way and not obsessing over perfection. I don’t always attend the live sessions (life gets in the way), but the uploads after each session are always prompt, and I don’t like feel I’m missing out. In fact, it seems like a few members can’t join due to being in different time zones, but they share their work on the social media platforms and benefit from the Korp feedback and group vibe there.

I have always thought that I am definitely no good at art, however it has all changed since joining the Korp Academy. Korp has demonstrated clever techniques, that have really helped me develop skills. Also, my kids love and really look forward to the lessons. One of them aspires to be a professional artist, and his confidence has skyrocketed since signing up for this membership. I would encourage anyone looking for high quality content and a great teacher who can unlock your potential, to become a part of the Korp Academy.

Korp has been teaching my son for around 3/4 years. Korp makes it easy to follow but at the same time allows room for the artist to be individual and add their own stamp to their piece. Korp gives constructive feedback which has made my son’s confidence bloom. He is always so proud to show everyone his art and he knows if he makes a mistake it’s ok! As Korps laid back approach has taught him to enjoy the process and ways to ‘fix’ his art or to just pretend it was suppose to be that way! My son will always turn to art when he is feeling angry/upset/out of sorts.
Korp has run free art workshops for kids in our local area and these were a fantastic experience. You will not find a nicer guy who cares so much about his members!
