I strongly advise caution with Korons…
I strongly advise caution with Korons Smart Glasses. My experience raises serious concerns:
• I ordered one glasses,
• The package was sent untracked, unsigned, and with no posting date.
• The company did not provide a proper return address or respond to cancellation requests.
• Communication was slow and unprofessional, despite multiple attempts.
Given these issues, I believe consumer protection authorities or the police should investigate this company for possible fraud or forgery. Other customers should be aware before purchasing.
SCAM. DO NOT USE.
DO NOT USE. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I requested to cancel my order shortly after placing it due to false advertising, but Korons claimed it had already shipped. Tracking shows it was actually sent from China days later, proving that wasn’t true. I was only offered a small discount instead of a refund/cancellation and have had to chase basic details like tracking and return address. I have asked several times for the return address and they are stalling and not giving it to me despite this being their policy on the website.
You are breaching consumer laws. Cancel my order or send me the return address immediately so that I can receive a full refund.
I ordered a camera and smart galsses
I ordered a camera and smart galsses. Both work well! I had a small issue connecting the glasses, but customer service replied in a few hours and sorted it out quickly.
The website is a scam
The website is a scam. They send you a confirmation email about your purchase and then radio silence. They don’t send you the product or any tracking information and then wait for you to contact them. When you do contact them they give vague answers about an error in system and that your product is on its way, but no tracking information at all. Then when the product doesn’t show up, they wait for you to contact them and request a cancellation. At that point they tell you that it’s their website policy that all cancellations result in a 15% deduction from the amount you paid for the product. Mind you, there is no product and this would have been the outcome regardless. If you forget about your purchase and don’t request a cancellation, they keep all of the money.
Steer clear of Korons. It is a scam.
A return is almost impossible
A return is almost impossible. This is because even though the item may have been purchased in the UK, the return process involves having to send this back to China at costs which equate to around 50% of the original purchase price!
