Disappointing service and process
This website works for payments only. There is not much use of it when, as an applicant, you can't decide and book a time for yourself. You need to ask your driving instructor to book on your behalf. And they don't care! They don't always get back on time; they know they will get money, so the more you fail, the better for them. This is the worst system I have seen. It is your test, but you can't book yourself; you need to ask another person to do it, and it is frustrating that they don't care what time. The cancellation is only possible 5 working days so the moment I wanted to move it, I messaged my instructor and he said it was late because of counting the public holidays. and another 2800 dkk gone easily. Extremely disappointing system of trying to get a Danish driving license even when you had a driving license before. The worst experience ever. It is so unfair with the whole process, bureaucracy, payments, tests, and bookings. It is a tragedy that you don't know how to get out of it once you are in it; money, energy and time are wasted.
