Since now everything was good
Since now everything was good, including discounts based on your membership status.
The only problem is about the shipping method, which could be better and faster but for the rest and the products is everything amazing!!!

I placed an order during a promotion…
I placed an order during a promotion where a cream was offered as a free gift for purchases over €75. Unfortunately, the cream was not included in my package. I was really looking forward to trying it, so I hope this can be resolved. Everything else with my order was fine, but I was quite disappointed about the missing gift.

We completely understand that it’s disappointing your free gift wasn’t included — especially when you were looking forward to trying the cream.
After checking your order, we can see that the free gift item wasn’t added to your cart at checkout. Our warehouse team can only pack the gift if it appears on the order, even when it’s free. Most likely, your cart didn’t refresh properly when the promotion was triggered.
We just want to clarify this so there’s no confusion for future promotions.
