Best supplier! 2 day fast shipping ! Awesome! I ordered toxins and fillers and skin boosters. Amazing products! I am officially addicted to this supplier. Great prices. It all started with the exchange of currency that was a nightmare to get that paid. The next thing is, I have still not received my package that I ordered a week ago and these are items that cannot get warm or hot and there’s no way they are still in good conditions With it being a week out ice packs it comes with only last for two days I paid for priority overnight shipping

About the shipping delay:
Your order was shipped with FedEx International Priority, which is the fastest international service FedEx offers. During the holiday season, however, the U.S. customs and FedEx network experience unusually high volumes, and unfortunately delays can occur — these are completely outside of our control.
According to the tracking information, your package was delivered on December 1st.
Fortunately, the current weather conditions are cool enough to prevent temperature-sensitive products like neurotoxins from overheating, even with transit delays. The included ice packs are meant as an additional safety measure, but the products themselves remain stable at normal winter temperatures during shipping.
We sincerely apologize for the stress and inconvenience this experience caused — we understand how important timely delivery is, especially for temperature-sensitive items. While we cannot influence customs clearance or FedEx processing times during peak season, we are always here to support you and ensure you receive accurate information and reliable service.
