Have spent >$900 at their store as they are a great tasting, truly quality product for cacao and their bulk prices are some of the best in the market. 2 weeks ago I sent a message asking for a refund for 1 bag which was just over-fermented and not really edible. Usually their Cacao is great. They replaced the bag, but reaching them by email was slow (over a week to respond initially), and their built-in subscription management wasn't working for the last week, hence 4 stars.

Very poor customer service, difficult website. When contacting you get a computer that gives no options just a computer voice that says cant answer your call. Would not go through this site. Its hours before they contact. They are unreasonable will not work with you on refund. Tried to cancel order before shipped it was impossible. They wait until
Its shipped then they respond with cant cancel a shipped order. Very deceitful.

Do not buy from this company. They do not give refunds and you cannot cancel your subscription. Their phone number and address are fake. The rep emailed me to say she canceled my subscription but none of the information matched. A different name, address, city, state and subscription amount.

I order one package of cacao to try it and I am really disappointed not because the product because for more than 4 weeks I still NOT received the package, it is really really ridiculous how long it take... DESAPOINTED 100%

I am receiving two different types of product. One bag of crumbles of coco, and the other large chunks of it! I get no notice when I’m about to get charged for an incoming shipment. And I think I’m getting too many orders in a month.
Now I’m trying to cancel my subscription but can’t figure out how! There didn’t seem to be any way to log into do that.
So I have sent them several emails asking that they cancel my subscription to no avail! Guess I’m going to have to report my card lost in order to keep them from charging me for more unwanted product!

I rarely go a day without my Koracao cacao!!! I have used every product available and love them all!!! I absolutely love there is NOTHING in it but excellent Cacao!!!

The negative reviews almost seem made up. This company has no malicious intent and strives to provide the best product. Their cacao is the richest and smoothest I’ve ever had. Will continue to buy and support their communities.

Cacao is an amazing experience and one that I truly enjoyed. It may not be exactly what some r expecting as this isn’t the sugary hot chocolate your mom made for you when you were a kid. This is the adult version and much better for you too! I add a little honey to sweeten and enjoy every last drop. Not only is the product delicious but Jessica from cust service is top notch very helpful kind and courteous. Just her help alone has sold me for life. I have a standing subscription and am waiting for my next shipment very patiently. Thanks Koracao!

I've struggled with insomnia for years. The koracao sleep elixir has been my answer. I don't have the horrible feeling that sleepng pills gave me. Since I found this I have only had deep, peaceful sleep. Thank you

I totally enjoy these products, I have been a return customer multiple times. My orders have been seamless, never have had any issues with the quality or shippping. And I just love the poducts!

I use this as a coffee substitute and it adds a lot more decadent chocolate flavor than others that I have tried. The company is responsive and I have always gotten what I ordered. The only two issues I have are sometimes during deals it can take a while to get shipped and I did have some melt slightly but I live in a pretty hot place. Being in a powder would probably be easier for my use but the chocolate melts easily.

I tested out several different brands before landing on Koracao. Smooth taste and a gentle lift of spirit.
I use it in Ceremony and personally. While I prefer the pure chunk form for Ceremony in particular, I was surprised at how good the powdered form is as well.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I have been a customer since 2023 and have ordered many times, so take it from me- this company is excellent and provides absolutely top tier cacao! They have amazing deals and I always recommend them to my friends who are on their spiritual journey. Sometimes there are delays in shipping due to high demand but not always, and if it happens I reach out to customer service and they always get back to me with an update. They have even offered a different cacao when the one I ordered would have taken longer to get to me, and I ended up liking that region's cacao more! Koracao is the best I give them 10/10!

Great alternative to having coffee all the time. Much better-tasting (and no doubt healthier) than mass-produced powdered hot cocoa products. I also enjoy sprinkling some over vanilla ice cream. Customer service is responsive when needed, like for managing my subscription.

I have greatly enjoyed my experience with Koracao. I enjoy nice, warm, long lasting slow burning energy and calm. I think Koracao is an excellent product which performs as advertised.

I use this product every day, great for circulation, and energy that doesn’t leave you wired, it is a great alternative to Coffee
