Hit me with import fees and rude customer support.
I placed an order after reading positive reviews of the product. I chose express shipping, for which I paid 39Euros.
The shipping notification came a few hours later, great.
But then, the package got held by UPS for an additional day and then came the news: I owed 95Euros import fees to get my package.
I told UPS I'd refuse the package and it should be sent back to the sender, while contacting Korabeauticals to let them know and find a solution.
Two days later, I received avery condescending email from customer support, offering me 50% off my next cartridge order and telling me that possible fees are "clearly stated on their website". No, no they're not.
What is clearly stated is "reliable worldwide shipping" (for which I already pad 39Euros, right?) and 90 days money back guarantee and peace of mind.
So I still don't have my product for which I paid over 250$ and 39Euros shipping. Apparently I owe 95Euros to UPS and the customer service is... quite rude.
Stay away. Maybe the product's good (no guarantee!) but the logistics and customer service are abominable.
