Easy ordering process for a piece of carpet cut to measure. Fast delivery (order placed Saturday afternoon ready for pickup the following Wednesday). Quality and colour of carpet as expected. Easy to cut piece of carpet to fit an unusual layout of a closet floor. Satisfied with purchase and would recommend!

Wow! Just wow!
From samples to the final product we were totally amazed.
All samples were well marked and arrived fast. Then I ordered the custom made size carpet on Sunday and it was shipped out already on Tuesday, with delivery the next day! Amazing quality of the carpet , the edge stitches done super fine, fast delivery to the house with DHL! We are super happy with our purchase!

I ordered a couple of samples and their customer service was super helpful in following up with me and recommending which rug to purchase based on my needs. Fast shipping also. My only 'complaint' is that their website could do with some tweaking so that it's clear that you can't order some of the listed edge-types if your rug is round.
