Order what looked like a beautiful crystal heart with additional hearts at the side. Special gift for grandparents it came and piece of plastic. Also ordered 2 gift boxes only received one. Couldn’t even give these gifts. Disgusting paid over £40 with postage and that was supposed to be announced offer now to get a refund.

The item I ordered looked nothing like the item I received. Pictured was a crystal engraved heart with smaller hearts around with children/grandchildren’s names. Looked lovely so I ordered for my mum and mother in law from the grandchildren and what turned up was a cheap bit of plastic. To say I was disgusted is an understatement, such a disappointment and most definitely not worth the money I paid!! Avoid this company.

Do not order from this company. What I ordered compared to what I received is beyond shocking. It's like ordering a bunch of big, juicy, crisp grapes and receiving a raisin!

Avoid This company at all costs. They are selling products that look nothing like images cheap nasty tat. False advertising ripping people off. Absolute disgraceful. After numerous emails I received a bit of cheap plastic and charged nearly £20. Please don't waste your money or time. I can't gift this as a present it's awful.
