If I could give 0 stars I would i ordered a 30 ounce tumbler November 10th 2017 the offer was get a free tumbler pay only shipping which was 9.99 after a month and no tumbler I emailed and called with no response after 1 more month with no results I called my bank and they refunded my 9.99 going to be more careful in the future......

Kool Kups is no longer in business, but all orders were shipped out. We are very sorry about this. If you placed an order, and do not receive it within 2 weeks, we suggest that you contact your bank. They may be able to reverse he charge for you.

I ordered Christmas gifts 12/15/2017. Have never received my merchandise. I have left numerous message on a voicemail with no return call. I have emailed them numerous times with a general statement of we will contact you with-in 24hours, again with no response from them! I contacted the BBB, which they are not members! This is no surprise!! I called my bank and they are going to try to get my money back. Please do not order from KoolKups, they will take your money and you will get nothing in return!!!!

I ordered 2 stemless wineglasses from Kool Kups on 12/3/17 as gifts. Have not received any kind of notification or shipping or any communications. They never showed up! Have tried calling the 833-566-5587 customer service number and the Support@KoolKups email -- the phone number does not even connect, and I got a bounce back on the email saying undeliverable. I have reported them to my credit card company! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
