Whilst the furnishings inside are lovely and service used to be great, there has been a significant rise in poor management and the building tolerating anti-social behaviour. There is a constant smell of weed in the corridors, homeless people eat out of the bins, and a locked gate from the car park to the bin store never works. This culminated in a really upsetting incident where a drunk man exposed himself and was peeing in the residents car park. After reporting this over three weeks ago the lock remains unfixed.

Furthermore, it is now 2 months out of a repair request not actioned whereby faulty installation by the builders resulted in a glass cabinet breaking and a trip to minor injuries after I tried to clean this up.

I sincerely hope positive steps will be made to rectify these issues and it used to be such a lovely place to live where I saw myself long term!

While the flat, communal area, locality and transport links are excellent (5 star), sadly, the Kooky Whetstone development suffers from antisocial behaviours by (a small minority) of residents in Burr and Carmen courts. These issues negatively impact quiet enjoyment of the accommodation hence the 2 star overall score. Smoking on balconies and loud music (that is audible both outside and in other flats) being played frequently by a small number of residents. This is not in keeping with the luxury claim of the development. This has been raised directly with Kooky Whetstone team who have at least emailed across the residents in the development but the issues need more robust and targeted intervention. It would be helpful if Kooky were on site more and did regular checks for antisocial behaviour outside weekdays 9am-5pm and addressed the nuisance issues specifically and directly with the perpetrators. My comment comes three months after another reviewer’s comment regarding noise and anti-social behaviour. A concerned Kooky Whetstone resident preserving anonymity given the concerns regarding a small minority of other residents.

I'm not sure. I was looking back at all my passwords/accounts and I see this. I have no recollection of this at all and when I went to the link it took me to a dead end Google Play. Then entered it in browser and just a empty site with a "search ads" search bar.... This is suspicious to say the least. I know I didn't sign up to a blank site so what is the deal!? Very unsettling. Not good, right? 👎
