I tried keto activate for three months…
I tried keto activate for three months I can say I didn’t lose anyway at all. What I did get was diarrhea. It didn’t seem to agree with me so I just discontinue using it. I didn’t see any change in my weight. I was in ketosis, but I didn’t feel any better. I didn’t have any more energy or any of the benefits,so I just discontinued using it. Too expensive to not have any results.. I don’t think it’s worth the cost.

So quick to take your money, not so quick to give you a refund. I tried this product and I could hardly stomach the taste of it. What's worse than the taste is my getting inundated with phone calls sometimes 4 times a day at work and a slew of emails. Finally I had to tell them to quite calling and emailing. I tried the product for about 2 weeks and the taste didn't get any better. I asked for a refund. It has been 5 weeks since I requested it and to this day I still have not seen my refund. Sent another email today, lets see if they respond.

Be Patient
Doctor's tell you your colon can be holding up to 65lbs of waste even though you may use the bathroom everyday. I have used Emma over a year and my bloated belly has gone down and I have regular bowel movements. I also take the Konscious chocolate and lost weight and feel so much better. You have to give it time to get your system adjusted. It's not going to work overnight. Patience is what you need and take it day by day.

This is my second review of this sneaky…
This is my second review of this sneaky company. You would think Gina Sam could make enough money as a gastroenterologist but, no, she needed more by throwing together a bunch of ingredients (including vitamins and the kitchen sink) that, all together, have never been tested for safety and efficacy. She just makes claim after claim that no ethical doctor would dare make. After watching her Gone With the Wind-length video, did she explain anything about possible drug interactions? Did she explain the return policy? Did she tell you that Konscious will then try to squeeze more money out of you with frequent texts about hiring coaches? That they want you to fill out a gut assessment? That if you are returning the product, you need to send along the empty bottles as well as the full ones? (Another company that makes Sciatica, pulled that one on me and they ended up giving me back a full refund because they HIDE the info on saving empty bottles in order to trap customers. There is NO other reason to save empty bottles except to charge you more). Did you know there is a 10% shipping and handling fee on returns? I didn't until I wanted to return this stuff untouched. And they won't budge on that, so I'll call my card company. If Konscious hides the facts until you are stuck with extra charges, they don't deserve to be paid a dime.

It's important for people to realize that just because you can't start right now, doesn't mean to not plan for the near future.
What makes my experience great?
Well, I have been very busy with life and just didn't think about menus and the like.
I have every intention of starting in the future. The recipes look great.
Then on April 28, 2025, I had a very bad episode with my heart. It felt as if it was going to explode from within. This got me thinking about how short life can be. I just received a new Aortic Valve on June 10th.
I will now try to work these wonderful menu items into my eating schedule and am looking forward to great results.

It’s helped me out real well. I have a fatty liver of lost weight back in 2021. I had triple bypass I’m 65 years old thank you so much for the information. I do take Akka but I probably will take the Emma. I’ll talk to my doctor about Emma like I said I take the Akka. I have a friend that takes that also and he takes Emma and he mentioned that to me the other day about starting taking Emma.

Emma works sometimes - not as fast and reliable as I had hoped. I take it regularly but am still backed up a lot of times. I can't recommend it 100%.
Also, the website ad was a bit confusing, so I mistakenly ordered double the quantity of bottles. They wouldn't let me change that but did offer the extra bottles at a lower price.
