From a client perspective
From a client perspective, Konnectinsights does not offer proper after sales service in an agile methodology to accept feedback or to address concerns on a real-time basis. They need a lot of time to respond back with the implementation of changes or improvements needed from their solution whereas clients cannot afford that in a live environment. There is lot of scope in the Tool to become a good competitor for other tools but it is a tough path to take for the team to accept and implement feedbacks from their clients.
