Product support lacks and the product itself is not ready for the masses

Everything works and MyQ is now gone at my house.

Would like the GDO matter setup to be more official in HA as I think an update was made recently to include GDOs. This is my only issue at this time.

I absolutely love the open nature of the products and am thrilled with the performance with Home Assistant.

I had issues on my end that the Konnected support went well out of their way to help me resolve.

Konnected has provided a great product and I was able to very easily switch an old security system over to the Alarm Panel Pro within a few minutes without any issue. I also was able to easily add and update the FW for two GDO blaq, allowing both of my garage doors to be controlled any time and any where.

I've installed the konnected garage door opener and the alarm conversion kit. It was extremely easy and they work great. Integrated them seamlessly to a smartthings hub and would highly recommend konnected products.

I love this product. I wish I would’ve bought it sooner early into my smart home venture. However it has had no issues since I installed it and I’m so glad that this takes over the myQ app that came with chamberlain garage door opener. I will be leaving it on in the future when I sell my house and we’ll just simply purchase another one to help the company progress strongly recommend buying this.

The male end didn't fit the USB port like normal USB connections. Konnected support assured me it was the proper cable. During the subsequent attempt to connect, the USB port broke off of the board.
Return shipping and handling is more than the cost of the cable. It should be pro-rated.

Konnected is the perfect solution to update, improve, and/or modernize your home alarm system using existing sensors and equipment. I did a straight upgrade, taking the old alarm out of service and connecting it to SmartThings with other home automations. It’s PERFECT!

Everything went smoothly. The ordering process was easy and quick. Installing it into my existing security system went smoothly. Integrating it into Home Assistant was easy. The only minor glitch in the whole project was my misunderstanding in switching it from hardwired Ethernet to WiFi. When it asked me for the SSID/password, I thought it wanted that of my home WiFi. Instead, it wanted me to make something up to make the Pro board a WiFi node.
