Made an order on 4/2, money has already been paid but no way of tracking unless you make an international phone call. No tracking number listed.

I ordered novelty hats from Konluka based specifically on their advertising: quality construction, Made in America, and embroidered logos. What arrived was none of those things.

The logo was silk-screened — a cheap process that peels, cracks, and fades — not embroidered as explicitly advertised. And that 'Made in America' claim? The hat has a Made in China label sewn right into it. I'll be charitable and assume the silk screen was applied domestically, because that's apparently the only way they can make that claim with a straight face.

Embroidery and silk screening are not interchangeable. Made in America and Made in China are not interchangeable. These are deliberate misrepresentations, not rounding errors.

Charge disputed with my credit card company as 'item not as described.' FTC complaint filed for deceptive advertising. Review posted everywhere I can find.

Save your money. Find a company that delivers what they promise.

Pure garbage. Ordered an embroidered cap, got some screen printed junk. Save your money

The items received were a very cheap version of the one advertised on their website. We bought 2 baseball caps. According to the photos they look very nice, including metal rivet details, embroided patches, breathable metal eyelets etc. What we received was a cheap copy of the product. When I contact them asking for a return and refund they email saying they could offer a 10% refund. We never heard anything back. I can see all the reviews are bad, how is it possible that this people are still in business??? Can somebody stop them from conning more people?? Please dont waste your money with this company.

I ordered this coin back in December of 2025.. I just received it today.. was very disappointed.. I kept getting delays about my order.. kept having to ask for updates.. only thing I was told it was delayed in transit.. then delayed in customs.. got it today the coin was nothing that was advertised.. it was a coin with two stickers put on it and the stickers did not line up with the coin.. this was a very personal gift for my husband to carry with him as he is a cancer patient.. I will not ever order from them again .. and do not belive the ad that they show .. its a scam .. it is nothing like they show .. beware of this company ..

They sent me the wrong item. I took pictures and sent them back to them to show them it was incorrect. They did not offer as refund as their return policy says.
What they did offer is a 10% return fee, whatever that means.
Do not purchase anything from them as they have no customer service and lie when they do respond.

This company misrepresented itself. The hat was of extremely poor quality, the logo which was advertised, stitched was in reality an iron on logo. What a scam. Beware of AI.

WARNING!!! - F Caw F (ball cap hat) - What they advertised and what I received were two different products. They advertised "Made in the USA" (it is China - LONG Delivery time). They advertised embroided stiching of the hat phrase and Crow image (ink stamped, and barely visible). The hat's bill and cloth material were low grade - limp. Bill and crown of the hat would not stand up. I would love to tell them, as this pitiful hat says, to "F CAW F"

Product delivered was not as advertised. Requested a return and they only offered a 10% refund.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered long ago and my order still has not been processed. I asked for a refund, that fell on deaf ears. What a ripoff group...

Took my money but never received what I paid for. Scam company do not buy from them just stick with Amazon.

Hat received was printed not embroidered. cap color was different green than what was pictured but mostly dissatisfied that it was not embroidered. I filed a claim with my bank.

Fraudulent company. Never received my order and kept getting the runaround that it was on it’s way, then delayed, then on it’s way again, blah, blah…

Very bad experience due to the product that I bought didn't look anything like it showed in the picture very poor quality it was so bad I would not give the item that I bought as a gift and the company is out of China which causes you a lot of money to send the item back to even try to get a refund please read every detail before you purchase anything anywhere the description where it is from please take your time I hate to see people get taken like I have the items I tried to return that kept texting me back saying that I could sell the item which I am not a vendor it was just a very bad experience I end up keeping the merchandise I just do the merchandise and the trash can that's how bad it is it was three merchandise that I bought never again beware before you buy from this company or any others don't go by the pictures.
