Awful company would never use and would never recommend!! It’s been a week now and I’m still trying to withdraw my winnings. They keep stating that photos of my bank card that I have uploaded isn’t acceptable although I have done everything they ask. After a few days they put your money back into your available funds in the hope you spend it I think. Honestly worst site I have ever used most companies withdraw straight away avoid it like the plague!!!

Been trying to make a withdrawal after putting a lot of money into this site finally won. Can’t withdraw as need to upload documents sent all information in now saying need to deposit to make a withdrawals but won’t let me withdraw. The site is a scam and don’t let you withdraw I wish I read the reviews before joining. Advice stay clear of this site customer service just send out the same email out

I recently signed up for this website, deposited some money, then changed my mind and tried to withdraw it (£10). I received a message saying that £10 is too low for a withdrawal. Fair enough, I thought. I deposited another £20 so that I could withdraw it, and they started asking for verification documents. Fair enough, again. I uploaded the documents, and they were verified. When I tried to withdraw the money, a message popped up saying I haven't wagered my money enough for it to be withdrawn. This was my own money, not bonus money, but the money I deposited. Nowhere on the website does it say that the deposited money has to be wagered. Plus, there's a £2.50 fee to make a withdrawal. The whole website feels cheap and extremely scammy. Absolutely stay away. There are tons of good casinos out there, and this one isn't one of them.

Joined back in March 2024 tried to upload documents but no surprise every image I sent wasn't good enough ( I had Money to withdraw) I ended up playing with that money and lost( fair enough) left the site alone till yesterday Again I won and tried to upload documents passport and driving licence, again I'm met with the same image failed message after what could only be described as an hours worth of frustration I got intouch with customer support oh guess what, you got it no reply. I lost the money again (fair enough) and have now deleted my account. If I could give no star rating that's exactly what they would of got.

Perfect won 12000 took about a week to get it but this site is 100 percent legit as I have received my winnings today

They only let you take a 1000 pound a day out due to fraud so all you have to do is email them and they then up it to 5000 couldn’t be happyier what a win from 50 pound

It is abit of hassle to get accepted as they ask for loads for verification but as long as you have everything I noticed that passport will always say a glare so use a driving licence

Deposited money and then was told I need to upload not just Identification but also other documents, just to withdraw, do not trust this, they want ALL of your personal details, probably identity thief’s advertising on google top spot, take everyone’s personal info and money then disappear DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY!!

This is where the fun and games start..attempted to provide them with a copy of my passport…..and this is what I was getting from them….quality of image is poor, try again, tried again….image too close, move away, image too far move closer!! I have attempted to take the image they need for the past half hour and still can’t get it accepted. Apart from resorting to a professional photographer to take the image of my passport I’m stuck. i would enourage anyone with the ba experience on here to visit gambling commision website. its very interesting and proves what they are doing is unlawful. it happened to me. i have contacted the gambling commision surroundig this. one key point is "Terms should not allow operators to remove funds from an account if a player is not able to verify their identity.

A request made by a player to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be provided if the operator could reasonably have expected to have requested this earlier.". also that Operators should not remove funds in a deposit balance if a player is unable to verify their identity.Only after a period of 12 months where the player has not been able to verify their identity can an operator make a reasonable periodic charge for maintaining the account.

However, before any such charges are made the operator needs to do the following:
The operator must have made several thorough attempts to confirm the player’s identity:

the operator must have attempted to repay the deposit balance to the last payment method used

Genuinely awful.
Have no problem in taking money but when it comes to a payout, not only do they charge you for it, you have to jump through multiple hoops to attempt to collect your winnings. The customer service never respond. Still got over £700 sat in the account that I can’t withdraw due to the fact the card I used the first time i ever used on it is on an account that no longer exists. Even though new card used for all deposits in the last 2 months. Even proof sent of all my cards, ID, proof of address, all Apple Pay, even proof of the switching and closure of accounts

I registered the other day, deposited £100 and won £2000, all verification went through no problem so I could withdrawl,el even though it’s still pending I have since gone back on and won a further £2600 but now it won’t let me withdrawl it, I get this message

Won’t ask you any questions to deposit money into their site, but when you try to withdraw money they will keep sending back they can’t verify your information, and as seen in other reviews sometimes blocks your account, glorified gangsters, should stay well clear

The positive reviews on here are fake. This site must be a scam site, I played for the first few days on slots with very unfair odds. Also I noticed I was spinning over a 1000 spins (£1 stake) and never hitting any bonuses. They only time I did was on 10p stake free spins I got from them.

Awful site, deposited £300 and won £4000 still trying to get it off them now, they ask for all sorts of documents that no other sites do and there reply times are absolutely ridiculous, no live chat. After my big win they blocked games on the site until I replied to a email from the support staff which I did and they still left my account blocked.
